“Room amenities were a reach”
Really better read between the lines when looking at the room amenities. Not all rooms were air conditioned. Our room was, but it had a double bed, and no room to walk around the bed, meaning the room was about 10 x 10 - very small. We had a private bathroom, but most rooms had a community bathroom, I never saw a complimentary newspaper, and I could only get an outside phone line while the hotel staff were there, so when i was trying to make an international call at 9:00 pm Antibes time back to the US, I could not get an outside line. Our window did not open, it was in the tiolet room and looked out toward the other hotels, and had no window coverings, so in effect it was "open" to the rest of the city. The hotel staff however, was nice and friendly and said, "well this is July, and you are in the French Riviera" - sort of like - what did you expect?
“Assolutamente da evitare!!!”
L'unica cosa buona era la posizione (all'inizio della passeggiata sul mare, zona ricca di negozi e locali)! Per il resto uno schifo: -camera piena di insetti!!! -tv guasta -aria condizionata guasta (con un liquido marrone che colava sopra il lavandino) -ho segnalato i guasti alla reception ma non mi hanno neanche considerato (la risposta della ragazza è stata: "quindi cosa devo fare?") -in 5 giorni di permanenza non hanno cambiato nemmeno una volta gli asciugamani o pulito per terra -la finestra non aveva tende, quindi alle 5 del mattino la stanza era già illuminata moltissimo (impossibile dormire)
“il minimo indispensabile c'è”
ho scritto che consiglierei questo hotel soprattutto per la location che copre alcune pecche cioè la pulizia che lascia a desiderare (non lasciate bagagli sopra l'armadio c'è polvere decennale) ed il bagno che piccolo seppur comprensibile per il livello e per le caratteristiche degli hotel francesi poteva almeno avere una porta degna di questo nome (c'era una porta a soffietto che non chiudeva affatto)

très bien situé mais service et etat des lieux médiocre.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Juan les pins, vraiment très près de 2 plages publiques (alors que bcp de plages privées là-bas) Personnel très acceuillant, Hôtel pimpant, chambre propre. Idéal couple avec ou sans enfant.

bon hotel, meme si la disposition de la chambre (WC, douche) laisse à désirer

Hotel bas de gamme , sale , bruyant .Son seul atout est sa situation .
