I stayed for 3 nights. Room was very small but well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of dining options right in front of the door. Yet, room was very quiet. Will stay there again if I travel to Antibes again.

Perfect hotel in Juan-Les-Pins
We loved the Hotel La Villa d’Elsa. Our suite with a loft was fabulous. We had two small balconies overlooking the busy pedestrian street…but once the doors were closed the noise of people was barely audible. The room was fully equipped with a small kitchen and the pull out bed for our son was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Great location by the beach, train station, shops, and restaurants. It was very spacious and nice to have a kitchen. It’s on a street with several restaurants and only a couple blocks from the beach.

The checking after hours a little confusing but once you figure out the process is real easy i will recommend this hotel the location was amazing so close to everything the average cost to train station $15 very walkable and dinning close and multiple day trips close to monaco or Cannes.

Just wonderful for a family of 5. Bakeries, grocery store, cafes all walking distance (under 5 minutes). We made the mistake of renting a car…just do the train from Nice! But 6 Euros a day for parking is fine. We’ll come again! At tad noisy at night.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to train station and beach. Good communication from Diana organising airport transfer. Spacious room and bathroom, lots of extras to make a very enjoyable stay. Bring earplugs if you don't like street noise.

The neighborhood is very touristy, which is okay, but if you want to walk to other areas of Antibes, it is not a nice route to get there. The hotel staff was pleasant but not very knowledgeable about the area and about making bookings. The apartment was neither comfortable or especially clean, sadly!

Staff were more than helpful emailing re arrival time and instructions for entry. Signs in the room were clear. Cleaners were friendly and wanting to do as much as possible. Air conditioning worked really well. The bed was very comfortable and the linen clean and crisp. The room was at the back and quiet as I requested. When I asked for an iron it was brought immediately and a sewing kit was provided upon request as well. I loved this little apartment and found it truly ‘ a home away from home’, whilst being at the centre of everything. Many restaurants are at your doorstep and the park and beach are a short stroll away. Magnificent! Will return.

Quick and pleasant stay
The apartment was very nice and comfortable, it is a two story apartment. The kitchen had coffee, tea and chocolate packs. It has a washing machine. The check in lady was very nice. The apartment did not charge extra cleaning fees. Very clean and well located.

We could not have found a better place for our one-week trip to the Cote d'Azur. The transfer from the airport (Nice) by bus was very easy. The hotel is just a block from the sea in a small side street with no traffic. Very quiet. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants right outside. The room furnished modern, sophisticated and very clean. We were able to relax immediately upon arrival. For excursions the short walk to the train station and bus stop was ideal. Special praise to the staff, who were always helpful and extremely polite.

Fun in Juan
La Villa d'Elsa is the perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of the action in Juan Les Pins.Situated over a restaurant in a buzzy pedestrian street,cafés,bars and restaurants are on your doorstep;the Pinède and beach a few minutes walk away.It was perfect for the Jazz festival,but not a particularly family friendly location. The room was very clean and inviting,and everything necessary to a comfortable stay was provided.The little bag of kitchen essentials was a lovely touch,often overlooked by more expensive establishments. However the space was quite tight,and access to the balcony involved a bit of manoeuvring. My companion was less than impressed with the fact that the only bed was a sofa bed,but I found it fine. We met only reception staff,who were welcoming,helpful and explained everything very clearly.However ,the restricted reception hours might not suit everybody. Overall this hotel is highly recommended.The location is superb and the level of cleanliness impeccable. It's a fun place to stay.

Great hotel in the center of Juan Les Pins
We stayed here as part of a long road trip with our three kids. The stay was fantastic. The hotel is located right in the center of the Juan des Pins part of Antibes just one block from the beach. The room had a kitchenette and a 4 person table and chairs. The bedroom was a loft above the living area. A perfect space to put the kids to bed so we could relax. There was tons of floor space and we slept great on the pull out couch. It was very comfortable. The staff was great too and very helpful for making reservations for an umbrella at the beach. The only negative thing I could say was that parking was a little complicated. There is no good place to unload your stuff right at the hotel because it is in the middle of a pedestrian only street. You have to park in one of the public lots (either the Ambassador Hotel or convention center lots) three blocks away and then walk back to the hotel. The hotel description doesn't talk about that. As a result we were really confused when we arrived in town and couldn't figure out where to park. It would have been helpful to know where to park before we arrived.

A nice gem in Juan Les Pins
Made a last minute reservation and even extended our stay once we arrived. Great location on a little walking street with several very good restaurants next door. Amelie greeted us so warmly and answered all our questions with great advice. What a beautiful lady.

Nice hotel, in an excellent location.
Very well taken care of, clean, and tidy. The room is not large, but it has what you need, plus a nice balcony with a table and two chairs. And right at the heart of the lively part of Juan-les-Pins

Good location
We had a superior duplex room on the top floor, which was clean, modern and well-equipped. Our only issue was that it was very hot in the bedroom on the mezzanine as it is in the sun all day, and as it is on quite a noisy street with restaurants etc, it was a bit difficult to leave the balcony doors open at night to let some cool air in. It was manageable during our stay in April, however I don't think that we would have coped in the height of summer! The hotel staff were lovely and really helpful, and were great with providing information on how to catch the bus to the airport etc. The hotel is really centrally sited to be able to walk to the beach, shops etc in a few minutes.

We booked this apartment for a family break and it was in an excellent location - right in the centre of Juan les Pins, right next to the beach and close to shops and restaurants :) Luckily it was out of season so we didn't have too much of a problem finding a parking space on the street otherwise it would have cost an extra 15€ per night via the hotel. Amelie on the front desk was really friendly and helpful and always took the time to ask if we had had a nice day and if we needed any assistance. A few negatives - the shower was 'adequate', it would have been useful to have some kind of storage for clothing in the second bedroom, the blind didn't work in the second bedroom - not a major issue but meant that little light coming in during the day - and the lack of an accessible mirror upstairs in the second bedroom and there not being one at all in the main bedroom meant that the girls in our group had to share the poorly lit one in the living area downstairs!! All in all though, a great little space and good value for money.

Very close to tourist spots
This hotel is very close to tourist spots, bars, restaurants and beaches. It is a crowded area that can be noisy especially in the evening. I would not stay here again because of the crowds and noise. The hotel itself is well situated, clean and has a nice rest room, shower and lots of natural light. Everything is within walking distance or a short bus ride.

On a budget, 1 night in JLP and needed a central hotel near Port Gallice, were allowed to check in early, room was lovely, well appointed and with a cute balcony and kitchenette, nice modern bathroom also. The last at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English also, fantastic little find in a lovely location
