So cute!
The hotel was very quaint. Great service. Loved ambiance. You can use their sister hotel for beach which was amazing! Great town. Loved our stay. Can use some renovations. I still would stay again

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. 4 star at most. The concierge staff was pleasant but the check-in was not friendly at all. Rooms are 4 star at most.

Ok but not a 5-Star Hotel. King bed was two singles pushed together. The charges for beach chairs and towels was over $100 for two at their sister hotel. The staff appeared not to have defined roles and service was spotty.

3 stars at best. No hot water in the room. Noisy A/C and old facilities. Room service arrived wrong with dirty tray the hotel should invest in the rooms and not present itself as 5 stars

Delightful art-deco hotel
The staff were most welcoming and helpful in this charming art-deco hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor and there is only one small lift, but this did not spoil our stay too much. Our room was of a good size with comfortable beds, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers plus a bathroom with a large bath and separate walk-in shower. The room was well equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar and safe but we had to ask for kettle to make tea and coffee. As well as an outside swimming pool, the pretty Paseo terrace is a really comfortable sun-trap where you can have a drink or eat al-fresco. Will probably book again for next year!

This is high quality hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent location close to restaurants and walk along the beach. Convenient parking on premise for a fee. Nice views on the park depending on the room you chose. No coffee or tea in the room. Internet is a major negative, while the speed of the internet is an acceptable 20GB/sec, access to the Wifi is not uniform in the room and internet access is often interrupted for a few minutes at a time.

THE BEST HOTEL and BREAKFAST!
We LOVED this hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The breakfast buffet was amazing. Really can't say enough! The beach is just across the street about a 2 min. walk and was so pretty. Absolutely wished we could stay longer.

Great stay at a great place. The rooms are slightly larger than the ones at the BR, so we decided to try the Juana. It worked out great and we had access to the beach and services at the BR.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking system worked very well. Breakfast is very average; if they had eggs cooked to order rather than congealed scrambled it would help. Selection on buffet was fair. Room was lovely but small. I thought that sockets to plug in phones etc would be useful; we had to disconnect the bedside lamps with resulting darkness. I did enjoy my stay though. The hotel is well positioned and nicely appointed ; the bathroom was great.

Fabulous location, quiet and qwerky, lovely bathroom our room quite dark. Pool disappointing a bit of an after thought didn't feel attached to the hotel.

Lovely stylish hotel, and very good service. The front courtyard for breakfast or dinner is especially nice. Only criticism: the picture of the pool is perhaps a little flattering, it's smaller and more enclosed than it appears in the photo. Otherwise all good.

Captures the Juan-Les-Pins Essence . Nice rooms , amenities and staff and is just the right size . The beach club just down the street has a great beach club and restaurant and the park between Hotel Juana and the town center allows you to be next to everything without being in it . Would definitely stay here again if ever in Juan-Les-Pins.
