“it's not an hotel -”

when i booked it online. it looked like an hotel . but when i checked in. i was surprised to see one bed and 2 chairs with wall mounted TV in a very tiny room. Showers are horrible, and no guest service available. no toiletry stuff . it's like a mini mini apartment , they give you the main door key of the building coz the receptionist leaves at 7pm. NO internet services in the rooms, only in the lobby , and still very low signal . i do not recommend it . the only good thing about it, is the location , a 50m walking distance from the beach ..

“Needs full time manager”

The location of the hotel was terrific. Juan Les Pins has sandier beaches than Antibes itself and Nice too even though it lacks the old world character. But it makes a good base to explore the area. Lots of beachside restaurants in the area with very good quality and good connections via bus and train to Antibes, Nice, Cannes and Monaco.. The hotel itself could use more maintenance and would benefit greatly from having a full time manager. We were given a key to the outside door that didn't work for example and there was no one to complain to. Also it was hit or miss whether they were going to come to the room to check on towels, etc. Kitchen facilities were very good. The bathrooms were big enough but the caulking, etc. and overall condition of the hotel itself shows that they are not doing much longterm upkeep. Would reccommend this hotel, however, because of its convenience to everything else and the peacerfullness of the beach location.

“Very standard”

The hotel room was slightly dirty, had ants crawling on the floor and the shower head was broken which made the water poor out of the side and agaist the wall.

Our first experience in a "appart'hotel" and we would return but to a bigger unit.Felt uneasy when we learned it was not staffed overnight,however everything worked out.We even stayed longer than planned ! Great location near beach,shopping,restaurants, transportation. Very helpful staff.

“résidence bien située, proche mer et commerces mais entretien à améliorer”

Pas d'accueil le mercredi et nous ne sommes pas prévenues lors de la réservation : résulat : 1 heure à attendre qu'un résident lambda se présente, ouvre la porte de la résidence et contacte la personne de l'accueil qui indique que notre clef est dans un coffre fort dont elle donne le code au résident. Chambre : pas d'éclairage coin cuisine, fuite d'eau, lits jumeaux demandés en réservation : grand lit simple attribué, cachet un peu froid pour cette chambre studette. 2ème nuit : on nous donne un appartement surclassé face à nos doléances : bel appartement, spacieux agréable mais encore davantage de fuite d'eau dans le coin cuisine (installation plomberie désastreuse). La personne de l'accueil fait ce qu'elle peut mais beaucoup de laxisme dans la gestion de cette résidence. Pas de suivi, pas de rigueur. La mer est à 100m, les commerces tous près.

HÖTEL QUI AURAIT BESOIN D' ETRE RENOVE. PEINTURES DEFRAICHIES DANS LES COMMUNS. LE MENAGE DANS LES CHAMBRES N'EST PAS FAIT TOUS LES JOURS MAIS TOUS LES DEUX JOURS SEULEMENT RECOMMANDABLE PAR SA SITUATION UNIQUEMENT.

“Antibes Beach mediterranee”

Hotel apprezzabile solo per il costo e la posizione... ma assolutamente insufficiente per quanto concerne dotazione: l'aria condizionata era presente ma non funzionava !!!, in bagno la tavoletta era rotta e nel complesso non dava l'impressione di essere curato: non mi sento di consigliarlo !

“Hotel beach mediterranee : A EVITER”

Séjour dans un studio en septembre 2010. Notre chambre était lugubre, sale,il y avait une forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre, la salle de bain de la chambre était plus que sale. La chambre ne correspond pas du tout à la description et l'hôtel n'est pas un 3 étoiles mais un 2 étoiles comme mentionné dans la chambre. A EVITER ABSOLUMENT.

“Das Hotel liegt praktisch im Zentrum von Juan les Pins.”

Als Appartmenthotel ist kein Zimmerservice zu erwarten und von uns auch nicht erwünscht gewesen. Wir haben die Möglichkeiten der Selbstversorgung gelegentlich genutzt. Eine Bäckerei liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite, weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte unweit entfernt. Bistros und Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Autobenutzung im Ort erübrigt sich.
