Awesome stay!! Beautiful staff and service!! Fun pool activities!! Electricity was turned off ( disconnected) for 7 hour at 1am. It was announced prior ( days) to event. Food is amazing!!

Most of the things were excellent including nice staff, facilities available and poolside service but due to March break, it was too crowded. Also food options were not that great especially for any Indians visitors compared to Moon Palace which has so many food choices.

Regular Staff members were great, Adolfo, Leo, Carlos was awesome. The management staff needs to be trained in customer service, especially those who overseer the servers ans waiters.

Very clean rooms and resort. The ocean was beautiful. Didn't like the food situation- the buffet was not open for lunch, we had to go and get seated at your choice of 3 "restaurants". One time it took 1:20 to get my food, so I lost that time in the sun because we had to sit at our table the whole time. The average time was about an hour you had to sit at your table and get your food and eat it there. It's a smaller resort so the buffet was not big and not a lot of food options.

We left after one day. This is not the place we had been excited about for 6 months. As soon as we got there, they were trying to get us to go to a time share meeting the next day. They were constantly trying to upsell you on things, even while we were in the pool relaxing. The bed had a bunch of random hairs in it. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. But the worse part of all was the food. The quality of the food was horrible. Half the time the food either had no flavor or was cold. What food we could manage to eat made us feel sick. The alcohol is cheap crap that tastes horrible. There were many food items and drinks that weren’t included in all inclusive. So I wouldn’t say this is an all inclusive place. You also have to make reservations for the restaurants before 5pm and since we arrived after we only had one choice for dinner. The “international” buffet, if you can even call it that. This is also the same place to get breakfast. I couldn’t tell which was worse. The fact that we were in Mexico and they had the worst Mexican food blew our minds. The sushi shouldn’t even be called sushi. I can only say all this because we have been to other resorts in the Cancun area that were amazing!! We couldn’t stay here and changed our flights to leave the next day. If you can, avoid this place. I don’t know how it was so busy!

I like the 3 restaurants besides the buffet. The staffs are friendly. Only comment I have is house keeping needs improvement. We had a very dirty hair dryer at first night, and toilet clogged once during the stay. Overall the hotel is ok, just needs to improve on some details.

Overall the service staff were unfriendly and unwillingly to accommodate and many were rude. Rooms were average even though we paid extra for a premium ocean view and were supposedly ‘upgraded’. There’s too many choices and I will NOT be choosing this hotel again. Disappointed.

We had the best vacation ever here! So good that we booked our next stay here before we even left. The food was pretty good, the resort was safe and clean but what stood out most of all was the friendliness of the staff. Orlando was our bartender and we had the best nights with him. The lobby bar was always busy but made time to share a smile with all the guests. Fernando was also excellent at the bar. We loved Elvia at the coffee shop and Victor at Piña too. We have never had a resort where so many members of the staff have gone out of their way to make friends with the guests and it made a perfectly relaxing beach stay into something special. If feeling welcome is at all important to you then this is the place to stay!

The stay was good. Fighting for outside seating was terrible. Very few shaded spots. Paying to have staff find and place umbrella on the beach was no fun. All the bars are great.

The Wyndham Grand is a good place to stay at, its not the most luxurious but that was not that important to me, it was high quality all around, staff was good, beach was good, rooms were good!

The staff was awesome and everyone was so happy to serve you. My disappointment was unless you got up at 5am to get a chair by the pool or ocean you did not get a lounge chair we never got one in the 4 days. The other thing was unless you booked dinner at 9am you couldn’t get reservation or there was only 9pm available. The sushi bar was great and the pool side deli was great.

Beautiful beach, the Italian restaurant was amazing the other 2 that you had to make reservations for were just ok in my opinion. Outdoor Sushi and taco restaurant were great. Had a nice time overall.

We really liked this resort overall for the price. The restaurants were all good but the buffet for dinner was lacking on much traditional american food (lots of dishes we had never seen or heard of) but when we went for breakfast it was delicious. The Brazilian steakhouse and taco joint were delicious and my husband really enjoyed the sushi bar. All the drinks were good and served very promptly. All the servers/bartenders were friendly and spoke english pretty well. The first night it was rainy, and we got to the jacuzzi at 5:30, and they shut the jacuzzi bar down at 6 and they made us leave the jacuzzi, so we didn't have anything to do. Same with the pools, they closed down at 6-7pm every night. After 6 the only bar open is the lobby, which was so weird to me. We would have enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi until 8-9pm. The bellhop service was very easy. The coffee shop was the perfect touch. The beach is very clean and there were plenty of chairs available as well as clean soft towels.

The food was okay. Staff was friendly and accommodating but we paid servers the delivery fee when they delivered the food. They did not say it needed to be paid when we checked out so we ended paying the food delivery fee twice.

The rooms and staff were very nice. The food was just ok. There were limited option but we definitely didn’t go hungry.

The VIP was just for checkin and for a room upgrade that was free for anyone getting a pints card (which I had). The company in the hotel which handled our tours was horrible and sold tours that had sales presentations to get money from us and we could not do what was promised on the tour. We then wanted to eat at the restaurants and were advised that we had to book with the app and that the concierge could not assist. We could not book reservations as the restaurants were full by 9:15 minutes and we could not book before 9 am. The app was supposed to open our room and didn’t work. The food was hit and miss but the drinks were good. The rest of the staff was fantastic.

Our family stayed at the Wyndham Grand Cancun hotel and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the experience. The service was incredibly slow, mainly due to poor management and a significant shortage of staff. It was evident that the employees were overworked and stretched thin, which made for a frustrating stay. Staff personally confessed that there was not enough staff on the property. Adding to the frustration, there was a shortage of beds and beach towels available. It was disheartening to see guests having to compete for limited lounging spots and struggling to find clean towels. Again, staff expressed that there isn't enough towels to accommodate all the guests which is just another management failure. Despite the challenges, I must acknowledge that the staff members who were present were kind, hard working and accommodating. However, their efforts were overshadowed by the evident lack of sufficient staff throughout the property. Overall, while the hotel itself is lovely, the issues with staffing and management significantly impacted our experience. It's disappointing because with better organization and adequate staffing, this could be an excellent place to stay. We visit Mexico 2-3 times a year and this is probably the first negative review I had to leave. Won't be coming back.

Great place to stay and relax. Dining is exceptional with many options to choose from. Location is central very easy to get to where you want to go. The concierges were extremely helpful when we needed transportation to any of our destinations.
