Le Meridien Cancun Resort and Spa offers 213 modern guest accommodations, including 26 luxury suites with spectacular ocean and lagoon views. Rooms have sitting areas, 32-inch plasma TVs with cable channels, high-speed Internet access, minibars, coffeemakers, CD/alarm clock radios, irons and ironing boards, bathroom scales, and in-room safes.
Rooms are offered in the European Plan, which includes room accommodations only.
Le Royal Club guestrooms include the following: Private check-in and check-out; access to the spa tub, sauna, and steam room areas at Spa del Mar; and personalized wake-up calls and in-room coffee service. In addition, guests have access to an exclusive lounge with Continental breakfasts; afternoon cocktail receptions from 5 PM-7 PM; and newspapers, magazines, and table games.

“Beautiful hotel and pool, fantastic stay”
The Meridien hotel was everything we hoped it would be. Not a cheap place to stay but good value for money as everything was perfect and the staff were very nice and helpful. We weren't too fond of the hotel area of Cancun but no complaints about the hotel at all.
“Xmas at the Le Meridien 2011”
Very nice hotel, plenty to eat / drink with all inclusive package and service fantastic. My only complaint is that the internet did not work during my 3 days stay, could not access my emails although the front desl staff had access to internet service. I also felt presured to give a tip at every meal time as the bill was printed out each time even though we had all inclusive package. I did not think it was necessary as we had already paid a lot for the package. Only two restarurants for such a luxury hotel a little disappointing. there was no intertainment many guests left the hotel seeking for night life
“Maybe its the place”
Cancun is obviouisly the sort of resort it is, however compared to otehr Meridien hotels I have stayed in, this is not so good - the site is cramped and I suspect some other hotels in the same price bracket would be better. Also they charge $15 per day to use the sauna - I know this includes the Spa but if you just want a sauna its pretty exorbitant.
