“Great Hotel”
This was a great hotel beautiful views and staff very friendly, advice I can give is do not book tours through the hotel they are far dearer than purchasing elsewhere.
“ATM”
One very disappointing aspect was that I used the ATM and when I got back home and checked my account they had charged me $28.00 and change for a one time service.
“comfortable hotel”
Nice beach Nice pool Nice breakfast Nice hotel
“An Amazing Place!”
Beautiful location! As advertised, the widest beach in the nine-mile stretch. Be sure to ask for one of the remodeled rooms. You will get a room that puts the pricier resorts to shame, including a walk-in, spa style shower as big as some hotel rooms. Extremely stylish, ultra-modern decor. The staff are friendly, and go out of their way to be of service. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, although the menu is somewhat limited. It is walking distance from the Las Vegas-sized places that have evening entertainment and from the nightclub scene. I had a spectacular time and would gladly return.
“Very nice hotel”
I went for business reasons to Cancun, and spend a really nice time in the Intercontinental Hotel. The beach is beautiful, the pools are nice! There are a lot of places within walking distance of the hotel, if you dont want to walk just take the bus wich is Safe and cheap.
“Great location.. expensive but affordable”
Hotel is great as others Intercontinental and Holiday Inn . . . however hotel outside appareance is not the best.. inside is according to the expected standar... I will like to get a room next time with Breakfast included even if you buy it, it is not that much expensive but not cheap.... Beaches are nice... I walked around there and those are the best from other hotels.... No telling the best I ever been... only nice in this location... People in hotel is great.. helpful and free parking.... I rent a car to avoid expensive taxis charges from to airport and downtown.
“Very Pleasant Stay In Cancun”
No complaints with the hotel - we (family of five with 3 teenage girls) had a great time. We stayed there in mid-October which is a quietish time for Cancun. There were a couple of days of rain but overall the weather was kind to us. The hotel offers a lot for relaxation either at the beach or at the pools. Every other day we bought 2 hours of wifi for $2 which seemed to be sufficient and not too pricey. At first we ventured out using taxis but because there were five of us we were always offered a huge taxi-wagon at $25 a trip - we rapidly became fans of the many buses that stop outside the hotel - cheap, clean & frequent. We made use of the shops & laundry just across the street from the hotel & about 200m to the right. There is a very good local supermarket market without the crazy prices, plus a pharmacist, cake shop & several foody-takeaways. The laundry was perfect - 8am to 8pm and very quick. It was a godsend to a large family like ours and remarkably cheap (250 pesos for 2 huge bags of clothes). We would certainly go back and I would definitely recommend the hotel.
“Best vacation ever!”
The hotel and beach were amazing! Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job upkeeping the room. The service of the staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The restaurants on site served yummy food at a reasonable price. Our favorite was the breakfast at El Caribeno which overlooked the beach. The beach was absolutely breathtaking! White sands and the clearest water we have ever seen! Mini tiki huts and lounge chairs were plentiful on the beach. The location of the hotel was perfect because it's a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Overall our vacation was the best and we plan on returning next year! We highly recommend it!
“Would go again”
We found the hotel excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Maid service very good. Food and service at the restaurant great. The beach is beautiful and the bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance.
“Great hotel”
Super modern room design, good location, reasonable price.
