The main goal for me and family was to sleep over night. This is not the first time and probably not the last one. I like it is in front the bus station (ADO) which is the main reason for me. There are some few places to eat but donnto ex0ect good restaurants. The hotel is aged and their best times are long gone. Clean enough but nothing above average. If you look a simple place to sleep and fine to simole food. Here is the place.

You can hear music all night long since it’s very close to what seems to be a stadium. We stayed during the weekdays. The staff does not listen to you and will talk over you. Have no empathy. We had a few walk into our suite with out prior notice and just say oops. We did not request any house keeping nor were we told they would be entering at anytime during our stay. The property will not take any responsibility for reservations made outside rather than directly done with them or so they said. Dream vacation turned into a very annoyed and stressful time. The entrance is very difficult to find if walking unless you’ve been there and know where to go.

We chose this hotel so we could walk to ADO bus station in the early morning. The pool and grounds are lovely; however poorly kept, run down and dirty. Our room didn’t have any window covering; however staff was able to fix that upon our request. The room was disgusting. The smell was awful, the bed sheets had clearly not been changed in one of the two beds and we found food or fluid on the sheets. The room looked like a jail cell. I would never recommend this hotel room, even for one night. Go to the one of the hostels in the area- they are cleaner.

Did not like the hotel rooms at all. Nowhere near as nice as depicted in the website photos. I paid extra for an executive level room but they are all on the ground floor and the all haveu horrible plumbing. The rooms are small. We changed rooms because the first one didn't even have a window. Horrible. There's nothing we liked about this place other than the beds were very comfortable. Huge disappointment.

It was right next to the bus station. That was very convenient. The hotel room had lots of mold and water leaking from the ceiling Extremely loud noises from the people above, the hallway, and the staff. I would probably skip this place.

The hotel suited our needs, we flew from Canada and needed a hotel for one night, then went by bus to Merida the next day. The hotel is very convenient for people like us. Our hotel room was clean, but needs to be updated. Everything worked, AC, tv, and our breakfast was very good, very tasty. Eggs, bacon, hasbrowns, toast, orange juice coffee.

The hotel is across the street from the central bus station in Cancun. You can purchase a bus tkt at the ADO counter at the airport. Proceed thru the exit door and the booth is right there. Purchase a tkt to the central bus station and on to your next destination. make your hotel reservation thru Expedia and depart the next morning to your destination. Restaurant is very good. Open from 7am to 10:00pm daily. I have stayed at the hotel several times due to the convenience of its location

We always enjoy staying at Hotel Plaza Caribe. Centrally located and safe. Staff is good. Restaurant serves a lovely breakfast. One complaint is that our beds were very hard. The place needs a bit of refreshing but for what it costs we have no complaints

It’s nice and close to the ADO station and the price is ok. But like others have mentioned the property is tired. We ate supper and breakfast in the dining area and the food, service and prices were all good.

Across the side street from ADO bus station so very convenient when travelling by bus from the airport and onward. Room is comfortable and clean but in need of TLC. Condensation from A/C dripped on to counter where some clothing and luggage got damp. Courtyard and pool area were well kept and a relaxing spot in the afternoon. Restaurants and shopping close by. A very convenient stop over place.

Hotel dirty and old, staff at the restaurant was rude and used foul language amongst them (cook and waitress). Coffee was cold and when we asked fir better service, the response from the cook was that I was very demanding.

The hotel is located in front of the Cancun bus station. We missed our bus late in Cancun and needed a place to stay because it was very late. The first room that was proposed had so much mold, i had trouble breathing. We asked to change. Which they did without hesitation. The second room proposed still had mold and was not cleaned. The third, we did not enter because just by opening the door we could see it was not clean. The fourth room was clean and did not smell too bad. There was a lot of noise until 3 AM. We left early in the morning On the plus side : - the staff was helpfull - we did not come as a family, but there seems to have a pool with a playgrouns for the kids. - it’s very close to the bus station - the price was ok foer Cancun

Stayed here few time because of proximity to ADO terminal. Only 3 stars this time because room was on 3rd floor and no elevator. 3rd. floor room smaller and not as nice as others. Difficult with luggage for old guy and girl. Some staff speak only Mexican no English. A bit disappointed this time. Will probably not stay again.
