Vacation with the family. The hotel was great this was my second time there and would recommend to everyone. It was a great thrill for my children to participate in the turtle release. I am so glad they are doing this.

There are no activities for adults at night

Posted 31-Jul-2015
everything ends at 10:30 although we are not party people when we go on vacation we would like to have a few drinks and dance. THERE IS NO MUSIC AT THE BAR/LOUNGE, the restaurant rules are not for folks on vacation. Lending pants that don't fit to guests is absurd

grand park royal

Posted 25-Jul-2015
Pros: very clean and the staff was great
Cons: The food has a lot to be desired. Had all inclusive package but ate off the resort on two evenings.
Location: close to markets, restaurants and clubs, can boo excersions for anything from this resort
This was our second time to stay at Grand Park Royal. The resort is kept very clean and inviting. The staff was excellent. Did not swim in the ocean this time because of red flag warnings and seaweed everywhere.

A fantastic getaway for my wife's 40th birthday!

Posted 25-Jul-2015
Pros: The staff is amazing a so accomodating! Lizbeth helped us to upgrade our room when we first got there and we ended up loving every part of our room.
Cons: The hotel should work on improving the website descriptions. Our expectation for what an Ocean View Room is and what the hotel interprets varied.
Location: The Grand Park Royal Cancun Caribe is situated in the hotel district. Take the Route 1 bus to downtown for fun, shopping, bars
We were looking to spend 8 days and 7 nights from July 3rd - July 10th in Mexico. After researching many resorts in Cancun, we chose the Grand Park Royal Cancun Caribe, primarily based on the reviews we read from previous guests and at the time of booking we also purchased/arranged to have a private van pick the (4) of us up at the airport. When we arrived in Cancun we were approached by time share reps. from the Hard Rock Hotel and spent the next 30 minutes going over their programs and finally settled on a tour to Xcaret (special ticket prices based on doing a 3 hr. tour of the HRH resort). When we arrived at the resort we were greeted at the van by polite bellmen and a greeter who thanked us for choosing them. We had booked the Deluxe Ocean View Room which ended up being on the 1st floor which we weren't too crazy about as it had a view of the ocean persay however the palm trees obscured a good part of it. We remembered reviews stating that you can upgrade your room to the Royal Tower once you get to the resort and we ended up upgrading to a Royal Tower Suite that same day for a little bit more each day that included it's own pool, cabana and patio area and we were ecstatic with the room all week! The atmosphere is wonderful with not too rowdy of a vibe and a good mix of adults and some children. The food options were plentiful and if you are big on buffets you can have all your needs met and the formal dinners were good as well with great food. We'll definately be back!

Wow! What a beautiful resort...

Posted 21-Jul-2015
Grand Park Royal met AND exceeded both myself and my boyfriends expectations! This resort is super friendly all around and very helpful. Our room was one of the nicest rooms (we called it our apartment since it was so big) I have ever stayed in. We were in the Royal Tower #2306. The view, furnishings and cleanliness was top notch! The pools, restaurants and hotel grounds overall were so clean. On a daily basis we would see hard working people keeping this resort look amazing, day in and day out! Francisco and Olivia at the pools were by far my favorites there...so funny and just sweet, good people. The food was excellent much to my surprise (even for the buffet). While my bf scuba dived in Cozumel one day I got to enjoy all the amenities of their sister resort there which was beautiful itself! We are thinking about a return visit in September to watch the baby turtles hatch and be released that we helped rescue during our trip! What an awesome experience. Trip date 07/13/2015-07/20/2015

Great beach front hotel that caters for all types

Posted 17-Jul-2015
Pros: Restaurant choices on site
My daughter and I travelled from Australia, booked all inclusive and upgraded to the Royal Towers on check in. Good decision as we were away from the hum drum activity of families . Loved the direct access to beach from Royal Towers and the beach lounge service we received service. Easy access to main activity areas if we wished to participate. We were thrilled to be able to watch the Sea Turtles come ashore and lay their eggs in the evening

Four Wonderful Days

Posted 15-Jul-2015
Staying here was a great getaway from the city life. It was our first time in Mexico. Went for my friends birthday and we enjoyed every single day. Staff is amazing here. The hotel tends to your needs. The activities keep you busy every night and food was pretty good as well. We did all inclusive and it was completely worth it. Everyone was friendly and made the stay worth it. There may be a mishap or so but that definitely did not ruin our trip. As long as your willingly to interact with the activities and excursions you don't need to leave the hotel but explore if you want to !

Great place to unwind and enjoy

Posted 15-Jul-2015
Pros: the friendliness of all staff and how clean it is
Cons: stop lying to your guest and feeding them alcohol to sign a contract for your resort. We did and have found the contract worthless
Location: great location and tons of things to do but they cost - this is a great place to rest and relax - time just goes by so fast
I got the most rest in a long time. The only compliant I have is the noise of the attendants pushing furniture across the floor for cleaning in the a.m. hours. On the day before departure we decided to rest in but could not for all the noise of the furniture being scrubbed across the floor. The sounds were coming from both sides, top and bottom. All in all it was a nice stay at the resort. I felt safe and would recommend to anyone.

ナイスなホテル

Posted 14-Jul-2015
Pros:
