Grand Park Royal Cancun Caribe offers 311 rooms and suites in a main building, the beachfront Premier Tower, and the Royal Tower.

Deluxe rooms in the main building feature marble floors and modern furnishings, plus private balconies or terraces with views of the Mexican Caribbean.

Deluxe beachfront rooms and suites in the Premier Tower offer ceiling fans, marble bathrooms with separate showers, double vanities, and direct access to a white-sand beach. Suites with jetted tubs on the terrace look out to the Caribbean Sea and the hotel zone.

The five-story Royal Tower offers 37 rooms with private terraces. The ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden area. The rooms and suites located on the upper levels offer views of the sea and beaches.

Café Cocay - The restaurant offers daily buffet breakfasts. Dinner service offers different theme nights.

La Concha - La Concha offers a la carte service with seafood specialties, salads, pizzas, and other light dishes. Open for breakfast and lunch.

Café Solé - Café Solé offers a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, cakes and pastries, ice cream, juices and soft drinks, as well as a wide selection of coffees. Open from early morning until late night.

Lobby Bar - This bar contains some graphic and artistic elements linking it with Asian culture.

Pizza Corner - Offers a variety of freshly baked pizzas from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Snack El Jardín - Open from 11 AM to 6 PM, serving hamburguers, nachos, and hot dogs.

Fresco Bar - Located beside the main swimming pool and to one side of La Concha Restaurant. Offering a sea view. Large circular bar covered by a palapa. Also serves guests at La Concha and the Pizzeria Terrace.

Premier Bar - This bar has an oval shape and offers service to guests who are in the pool, on the terrace, and in the relaxation modules which can be found around the bar.

”El Oriental” Restaurant - A la carte Asian fusion cuisine served from a satellite kitchen from the hotel's main kitchen area. Children under age 12 not permitted. Men's dress code of long pants and collared shirt.

"El Mirador" Restaurant - A la carte Italian cuisine. Glass walled restaurant overlooks Nichupte Lagoon. Children under 12 not permitted. A dress code of no shorts, no t-shirts, no sandals is enforced. Please note: Reservations are required at some restaurants 24-hours in advance. More information is available at the front desk.

“Unacceptable Service all around”

Bedrooms were infested with red bugs. Took 3 days for the maid to bring a can of raid. Food made me very very ill. Black vomit. Came home with a stomach bacterial infection. Booked an Ocean front King Room and received a room in the old building with no view other than that of the building in front.

“Great Time!”

We loved the 24 hrs room service and loved the Italian restaurant. It was our first time in Cancun so we loved that there were club promoters that come to your hotel and you go together in a shuttle bus. You get VIP treatment and bottle service at the clubs for a great price!

“Wouldn't hesititate to stay here again”

Stayed over Thanksgiving week with 3 adult (22-28) children. We all loved it and had a wonderful time. Top shelf alcohol, excellent bartenders and wait staff... and food was very good. Italian Restaurant was 5-star and the Oriental restaurant was quite good with beautiful surroundings. Had some minor issues with room ammenitites but was addressed immediately. We have been to numerous hotels in the Cancun hotel zone as well as Riviera Maya. This one ranks right up there with some of the best. Was no real entertainment at night, but had "activites" that you could participate in. Beach is one of the best we have been on in Cancun.

“Big bang for your buck”

Hotel was centrally located, easy to get to shopping or night life. Room had beautiful decor-very true to the pics. Access to all amenities (pools, restaurants, beach, etc) were great. Every staff member was fantastic & more than accomodating. The food was good but nothing to write home about. I would have preferred more than 2 sit down, menu restaurants for dinner. (there was a 3rd one for breakfast & lunch). I also would have preferred 1 cafeteria style place with burgers, pizza, sandwiches, snacks, rather than 3 little spots. Would have also liked pool side lite fare menu &better room service menu. 1 pool was geared more for families & adult participation games which was nice (good music & lively).Infinity pool was geared more for adults only which we were looking for & happy about.Bali beds @ pool were fabulous and there were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool as well as several in the pool. We weren't there during a school break but hope that since there is an adult only tower there should be an adult only pool. This hotel had great balconies w/furniture. All inclusive is the only way to go. (I have been to Cancun 2x prior). We had most fun on property w/other guests. Would have been good to have music & dance floor in the lounge so that adult guests didn't have to go off property & be mixed in crazy clubs w/21 yr olds. Overall it was awesome! We had a blast and you definately get way more than your money's worth here on every level..we would go back in a NY minute!

“Relaxing stay”

“Outstanding service, very clean, nice location, beautiful beach”

Food Buffet however is dissapointing. While very clean, it is only a 4x6 counter of choices. Never grilled chicken or grilled fish, unless you tip and then they make it for you. Too much sauce and butter on everything. Can be hard for families with kids considering they don't welcome children under 12 into the A La Carte restaurants and the buffet remains the only choice for these families. Also - never fruits available after 11am when the breakfast buffet closes. Again if you tip they will bring you the fruit of your choice. Morning buffet fruits are not always fresh, watermelon was bad several times... To conclude, they will need to expand on fruit variety as well as fruit availability through the day just like other 4* comparable resorts are offering.

“Great!”

Great hotel with nice restaurants, bars and pools. Located on the beach, walking distance to some tourist shopping. Loved this vacation! Just one note... The two a la carte restaurants have an age limit; you can not bring kids yonger than 12. Inconvenient for us, but the buffé restaurant was so good, so it did not matter much in the end...

“Great tropical getaway”

My daughter and I have a wonderful vacation here over Thanksgiving! The service was constant and gracious. We found the property to be very clean, the food was wonderful and there was a great variety and we wanted for nothing.
