“Very good hotel”

This is a very good hotel. We enjoied the beach all day when staying in the hotel to have a rest between the trips. Our room was on the side of the sea and it was good even because you don't hear traffic and we slept so good. This hotel is quiet and is a nice place to relax which makes it the perfect gem on the most beautiful beach in Cancun. The water is so beautiful, amazing colors and the waves aren't so big as to knock you over. Everything is clean at this hotel including the maintenance of the grounds and beach. You will always see everybody working hard to keep it clean. It is close to shopping and dining. The beach is well maintained. They work very hard to keep it clean and you will see them in the morning raking the beach and picking up the beach area. There was a life guard on duty everyday to watch over the beach area. We had breakfast every morning and we never walked away hungry. The breakfast was very good. There were so many good choices on the Lunch & Dinner menu and all were affordable prices. What can we say but the Chef is excellent. From our arrival to our departure, everything went smooth at the front desk. Thanks to staff. A small supermarket on the other side of the road in front of the hotel (a little bit on the right coming out from it). You can pick up water, food, snacks etc.. Last thing: the cook that was preparing the breakfast was an artist. You have to see him! We have young children and they enjoied a lot the beach and the swimmingpool.

“Cancun-tastic!”

We have young children so it is ideal for us. Hotel not too big and everything we need is there (pool, beach, supermarket nearby, bus-stop just outside entrance). 2nd time for us and if we go back to Cancun, we'll stay there again.

“Kin Ha review Jan .10”

This was an exceptionally well sited hotel on the very crowded hotel strip in Cancun and as far as we could see, had an ambiance way ahead of the many other hotels in the area, most of which were of the monster skyscraper type which we hate. The beach was probably the best on that piece of coast and very well kept and supplied. Our only complaint was that our spacious room had a balcony area which looked direct on to a blank wall and the hotel refused to change us even though it wa obvious that many rooms were not in use.
