"This was our 10th stay at a Riu resort. It was the cleanest property we have been to. Staff is super friendly !"

"Staffs are very helpful, friendly and kind. Golf carts have their routes to transfer people around between resorts and golf course. Food is good. Only one terrible thing was: my friend got his foot cut from stepping down the ocean shore. It was painful and took him few hours to stop bleeding. There were a lot of sea weeds on shore even resort tried to clear them."

"I had a good time at this resort. Staff were excellent, food wasn’t authentic Mexican as that’s what I was expecting on my trip. It is too commercialized. Property was very clean. The only concern is that rooms are outdated. For example the some features in bathroom were rusty, lighting is too low and pillows flat and old, on the other hand, it was clean and spacious. I paid for connecting room, we asked to have the inner doors open and no one never unlock it. I didn’t like the beach. It was small and had the dirty plants(salgaso) here and there and it is just outside the embarkment. When you check in to hotel, they talk to you about a presentation in a different hotel(which is about a different type of time share) and promise you you can use the other hotels beach (which is a real beach) and because the deals they were making me weren’t good, the guy got upset and we weren’t able to stay at the beach. Overall, if you don’t mind about modern places and just want clean descent rooms, this will be it. "
