    Guests are guaranteed water views because all 276 air-conditioned guestrooms at Be Live Viva Beach All Inclusive look out over the Caribbean Sea. Some rooms provide furnished balconies. Most rooms come with two double beds but king beds also may be available.

    Brightly painted walls showcase wood headboards with rattan insets; other furnishings include a round table and two chairs. Floors are tile and almost all rooms have a bathtub/shower combination; a few have shower only. In-room safes are provided (surcharge).

    “Needs improvements”

    The staff is very friendly however, would like the hotel to be uodated.

    “would not go back”

    have stayed in 4 dif hotel the staff at the front desk is very rude the only staff that was good was the maid and the cook the rest would get a big F on their report card. The hotel is in a very good location and is clean the food was not bad but the staff makes this a hotel that we would not use again take is from me pay the extra money and go to a dif hotel.

    “average..”

    Buffet food cold everyday! All the restaurants were average at best. The service on the other hand was far and above the best .. Internet 10x more than any other i know of a DAY..only available in lobby.go across the street much cheaper...no food or drink avail between 1am-7am so bring your own no mini bar in rooms. overall decent middle of the line hotel

    “not impressed”

    THE FOOD WAS GOOD, DRINKS ARE MADE WITH CHEAP LIQUOR. THE WAITERS ARE VERY NICE, POOL NICE AND CLEAN. THEY DON'T HAVE NIGHTLY ENTERTAINMENT SHOWS OR A DISCO, SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO STAY IN THE HOTEL AND NOT GO OUTSIDE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES, NOT A HOTEL YOU WANT TO STAY AT.

    “We´d love to return to Cancun”

    Our stay at the Be Live Viva Beach was great. The room was very comfortable, although the matress too soft for our taste. The food is delicious and there's all the plates and tastes to choose from: seafood, poultry, red meats, pastas, variety of cheeses, etc.

    “Good location and service, bad food”

    If your looking for a relaxing hotel right on the beach, it is a good pick. Literally, step off out of the lobby and hello sand and water! Food in all restaurants and buffets are mediocre at best, however there is a wide selection of different foods to choose from. You have to make reservation to the restaurants at 7:30 in the morning, which is a bit of a hassle. The lobby of the hotel looks good and is clean, but the rooms are a bit shabby. High humidity in the rooms even if you put the air conditioner on (the room does get cold). Beach is very clean. maintenance people actively sweep up the seawead that lands on the beach. Staff is very nice and helpful, most of them speak both English and Spanish. The hotel doe not have many activities at night, so make plans elsewhere.

    When to go
    September is a great month to go since there are not many people and it has a cozy feeling.
    Getting around
    Take the public transportation buses R-1 and R2, which are very cheap and stop in front of almost every hotel. They go to Mercado 28, Walmart, Downtown Cancun, and all locations are on the front of the bus. Ask the driver to stop where you are going. Book the shuttle service to get to the airport and hotel via Expedia to expidite your travel.

    “Beautiful Time. Will return Soon...”

    My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. I have been to Cancun other times before and this I have to say was probably the best time I have had. From the front desk to the bar tenders everyone was very nice and helpful. I would return again to this hotel...

    “Great Staff!”

    The staff on this hotel make you feel like you are in a friend's house, good beach, good restaurants and nice pools, the bartenders are great , we had a very simple room.
