The hotel had nothing that they told us that it was all inclusive it did not have any childcare said it was not any free breakfast and then they charge for everything. My grandson peed on hiself in bed they charged us for that Wet sheets they charged us for towel that housekeeping took I would never go there again.

Rooms are definitely outdated! Need a touch of paint on all walls. Update the room restroom! It did not look very clean! The 24-inch cable TV never worked, only APPs like Netflix. The dining staff seemed bothered when a simple question or request was asked, and none of them knew the answer; they would refer you to the Front Desk. The only thing we liked about this "resort" were the Kid Friendly Activities by the Kids Splash Pad. Besides that, not staying here. When checking out, the Front Desk Staff commands you to have a seat while the room is being "inspected", disregarding that your airport shuttle arrived and ready to go. I would not recommend anyone stay here, unless its a last resort option.

What I like about the hotel location is convenient. What I don’t like is the food is so terrible with very limited choices, very old hotel with very old bed sheets, front desk don't speak English. Worst customer service.

Horrible experience! Rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk that don’t seem to care. The check-out process is a hassle, they make you wait for room to be checked and they lack communication. I waited over an hour to be told that it was ok to leave. Only plus was the guy at the pool bar and girl doing the games by the pool. It’s a cheaper option that caters to mostly locals. Stay away from this place and spend your money elsewhere! I won’t ever stay here again.

I got this place because the description said “all inclusive.” During arrival, I was informed that I would have to pay another over $1000 to switch to all inclusive. I then asked if there was at least a breakfast included. They said No. Please be careful when booking this site or you could end up paying a lot more for your stay. The staff was not helpful and didn’t really care either. I will not be going to this place again.

We loved staying here. It's a small resort. Mainly Spanish speaking. You know what...it was wonderful. We did great with my small amount of Spanish and Google translate. The food was authentic central mexican cuisine. That is not like mexican food in the united states. It was great. Fresh fruit and veggies every meal. Family-friendly with alot of Spanish speaking mommas who watch the kids. Not the free for all kids running crazy like other resorts in the area. As the few gringos on property we were included in games everyday. They laughed at my Spanish and tried to teach me more. If your just coming to Mexico to stay at a American looking generic hotel this isn't your place. If you want a smaller authentic experience with real cancun culture. Stay here! My room was spotless. The bartender had our drinks ready when we walked up. Jose, Osmond, Clara, and Jerry are great. Some of these ppl have worked here over 20 years. It was like staying at my Mexican Auntie's house.

It’s a very nice building, clean, air conditioning is great, pools are nice & the beach behind the building. My wife & I were good satisfied. We will come back soon.

At my stay They had a fire in the snack area where the whole restaurant had to be shutdown for our whole stay,because their grill Cached on fire!!! the whole thing burned down , woman the work there approached me. Very rud !!!To tell me not to record a video in the first place Isted of telling us the stay away to be safe. Even though we where far away from the fire I would’ve been more appreciative if she came to make us feel safe! Soo we wouldn't not recommend this place . The where some very nice people the work it there too . The one man in sales was awesome ! The beach in front is not good for swimming And the pool was dirty. People were feeding the birds in the pool area! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING AQUAMARINA AND NEVE COMING BACK!!!! Branoff

Bed was hard pillows flat noise in room from the main road noisy and loud. Bathroom to small staff excellent and customer service excellent Management beverage and food top notch fabulous. Also need more entertainment doing the day around the pool and more nights shows.

My deal package was all inclusive!!!! There was no shuttle service! When we arrived to the resort they offered us only the room. We had to pay for all meals, transportation and trips to the islands!! It was a very expensive deceiving deal..!!!! Will never go there again!

I don't think pictures have been updated in 10 years. All inclusive doesn't really mean all inclusive. Only certain things are included. Food was horrible. Appeared to be a resort for locals. Very little people spoke English at all.
