Second stay there and will stay again. Large room with good facilities, only slight negative with the room this time was a shower over the bath rather than a separate shower but if you were traveling with young children it would be ideal.

Extremely warm

Pros: Central location. The apartment had everything, all facilities catered for. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The entire building felt quite warm, to a point of overheating. The bathroom had underfloor heating as well, so well appointed but if every room had it on, then this maybe the reason why the whole building was 'hot' and a bit unbearable. There was only one main central lift, so took a long time to exit at check out time. A young woman and her son waited for a very long time, as we were on the third floor, so by the time the lift got to our floor it was so full no more people could fit. This coupled with a 'hot and stuffy' space, foyer, building didnt help the wait.

Have stayed in the hotel many times before.Always enjoyed our stay. However I was very annoyed that I was charged 3% credit card fee without any warning. On check in you have to present your credit card my was American Express, no one told me that there will be a 3% surcharge on the card or 2% on Visa. I find this very high especially the 2% surcharge on Visa. I think that on check in you should told. Also Friday the 20st February and Saturday 21st February noise and fight in the corridor of 7th floor went on for a very long time without any security intervention. I will think twice before I return to Clifton Suites.

Excellent suite, centrally located.

The hotel is well-appointed, clean and centrally located. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was spacious and had a balcony. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The bar/restaurant had a good breakfast buffet and was convenient for lunch and dinner if you were not out sightseeing.

Okay for business traveller. Dining a little unexciting. Only one tv in our 2 br which was an issue and size and reception poor most staff helpful.
