“Best Western Canal Winchester”

Staff was courteous. I had heard that the hotel had recently been renovated and taken over by Best Western. Staff was great. I forgot my toothbrush---they had travel-size toothbrushes there. That was great, because I thought I was going to have to go to the drugstore, which was actually close by. The hotel had a small breakfast area and a pool, snack machines, free internet access. I couldn't ask for anything more. Good experience since I was only staying a day or so. (I wish they had a later check-out.)

“Keep going back”

We have stayed at this hotel on all our trips back to Ohio. My husband is a smoker and I love the fact that they offer rooms for smokers. We will continue to book our room with this hotel.

it was every thing we could ask for. clean, comfortable, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. we are going back to canal,winchester ohio again in the very near future and we will be staying at the same hotel then and every time we go back to that city thereafter.

OUR STAY WAS AMAZING AND WE'RE PLANNING TO GO BACK REALLY SOON. THE HOTEL SO COZY AND QUITE AND THE SHOPPING CENTERS WAS NOT TOO FAR AWAY ON;Y ABOUT 20MIN TO EACH MALL BUT THERE IS AN NICE SHOPPING CENTER ACROSS THE STREET. WE LOVED IT!

The staff was very polite and helpful. I had forgotten to check to see if I had reserved a nonsmoking room - which I had not. They were able to put me in a nonsmoking room - they were great!

“Canal Winchester's Best Western is Best!”

Clean, well decorated room. Pleanty of towels and a shower that was great! The wi-fi , iron, and TV worked perfectly. The room was quet and the front desk was helpful. The plus is the Breakfast room--anything you'd want to eat for your morning meal was there! What a great start for my day! Great experience. I highly recommend it!

“Will stay again”

We were visiting family and the location was just what we needed. Shopping close by, just far enough out of city to avoid traffic hassles but close enough to make quick trips a breeze. Room complete with fridge and microwave so could keep some of the cpmforts of home on hand. All in all a satisfying experience.

“Great hotel for the money”

Excellent value. Room was kind of small, but clean and tastefully decorated. Nice, clean pool that the kids loved. Full breakfast including eggs, sausage, and belgian waffles. Would definitely stay here again.
