“Great views, very neat and clean, but some improvements needed”

The hotel was great but kind-of empty at the time. I was sitting in the lounge all alone in the evening :) However, it is the most strategically located hotel and if you get a room with a balcony, you get amazing views with clouds surrounding you. The room was clean and so was hte bathroom. One issue was that only one out if the three lifts was functional, which created some real issues. For the price I paid, it was an awesome experience.

“Nice but can be better”

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and steady, staffs are polite and helpful, hotel facilities and comfort are the areas that need to be improved.

Traveller's tip

Forget about walking, you definitely need a car to move around the highland. On Friday and Saturday evening, there is a night market(similar to farmer market) in nearby Brinchang town that you can buy souvenirs, food and even fresh veges.
