We had a lovely stay at 5 Chapel Street. A convenient and quiet location with a pleasant 25 minute walk along the river into town. We were welcomed with freshly baked scones for cream tea, and were treated to delicious homemade biscuits each evening. The room was comfortable and spacious with quality tea and coffee available. The breakfast was fantastic; I had fresh fruit salad and homemade granola followed by home baked bread while my husband had a full English breakfast. Being a small family business the service is a little quirky but genuine and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

This is the 4th year we have been coming to Cambridge to visit our daughter who is a student at the University - Victoria Guest House is a real treasure find!! Room was warm, clean and fresh, breakfast was excellent, the fresh fruit was especially tasty and the location was convenient to the historic center of Cambridge but very quiet at night - very little traffic noise, if any at all. Duncan and Emma were such friendly hosts who made us feel so at home. We will certainly be back - wish we had found it sooner!!

...and that includes your own home.
Very nice, helpful, and attentive owners. Nice accommodation at a convenient place if you have business at Science or Business Park. Clean and well appointed room.
Most importantly, the breakfast is to die for -- puts to shame even most of 5* hotels. :D

I was very happy to stay at the above hotel last Saturday evening and night going on to the morning..with a very warm and pleassant reception from the hosts and wonderful service. The food was all home made and you could taste it!!! The atmosphere is very friendly and pleasant! Well done to the hosts and their employees!!! Would definitely go back to stay there again..you feel safe and welcome in a very homely and home-loving environment....it was perfect for the one night stay and would recommend it to anyone seeking out a great place to stay overnight or for several nights...The host was so kind as to give me a lift back to Cambridge in the morning as I was without a vehicle of my own! Experience it yourself! You won't be disappointed here for sure!!!

Such a nice place. Check in was a breeze, and dinner was so delicious. Staff was incredibly friendly and breakfast in the morning was a welcome treat. Only thing was when the pub let out at 10:00 p.m. it was a little noisy as patrons left to go home, but they all where gone in no time and a quiet night was had. Recommend this to anyone travelling through or going to Duxford for a good meal, unique accommodation and friendly staff.

My two friends and I had a great time at this B&B. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice, clean, and put together the B&B was. The beds were super comfortable and I slept very well. The couple that runs the place was absolutely adorable and cooked up the most delicious breakfast the next morning. The woman was so kind and attentive and was very willing to help us in any way we needed. I would recommend this B&B whole heartedly.

It was wonderful, from the moment I arrived. It was like being a very special guest in a stately home. Great welcome. Stayed in the bridal suite, with beautiful views and a stunning four-poster bed. Huge room with lovely old creaky floorboards. Roll-top bath - a real one in huge bathroom. Excellent wifi access. Delicious help-yourself breakfast on the first floor. Quite unforgettable, hope to come back soon with the family. Beautiful old house and staff and owner were so friendly, felt like being part of the family! Would highly recommend - a breath of fresh air when compared to the chains of plastic hotels.
