"Very good hotel with easy access to Cambridge"
Located in a very quiet area near Cambridge centre with easy access to Park&Ride and M11. We only stayed one night on this occasion, so we did not have dinner in the hotel prefering a visit to the town centre and it's choice of restaurants. Our only criticism is that the shower is small and the fixed very large shower head was difficult to manage. A detachable shower head would be more suited to the small space. The continental breakfast was excellent, warm croissants and pleasant staff.

"New Year Break"
We enjoyed our stay over the new year at the hotel. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite which was superb. We felt so relaxed during our break and the staff made us feel at home. We will definitely return.

"Comfy lodge in quiet location"
Lovely place to stay. At the price I paid, which is comparable to a standard hotel room in nearby Cambridge, I got far better comfort, space and facilities. Would definitely go back!

"Beautiful place"
Absolutely gorgeous house with beuatiful accommodation. A lovely breakfast room with incredible spread of cakes, scones, tarts, cereals, yoghurts, salmon and much more. Room was spotless and the people were excellent at organising taxis and a late check-in. Highly recommend.

"You can't beat Rosa's!"
I picked Rosa's because it was affordable and close to Cambridge city center, but I found a gem in the home-like feel and wonderful breakfast she serves up in her nice, clean, bright kitchen. Breakfast is served at her big nice kitchen table where I met a nice gentleman staying there who fixes high-tech boilers and told me his father was a pilot in WWII. The next day I had breakfast with a young man from Germany attending Cambridge to learn better english. This was my first B&B and I really enjoyed meeting nice people and sharing stories. Rosa cooked my eggs the way I like and had big mushrooms and fresh cooked tomatoes and sausage and ham too but the best part was the huge plate of fresh fruit she gave me every morning BEFORE all that. Her husband owns a fruit stand so she gets the best of it all. The first thing you notice about your room is how clean everything is. I have a bad back and need 4 pillows so she brought me 2 more and they were nice memory-foam types. I parked my rental car on the quiet upscale suburban street, she offered me the use of her driveway, but there was no need, the area feels very safe. When my iPhone need power I realized I left my charger at home, Rosa lent me her son's charger to get me powered up. I may never return to Cambridge but if I do I will stay at Rosa's again.

"Great Location, Clean & Tidy, Tasty Breakfast"
Booked the room with four poster bed for an overnight stay as we were attending a gig at the nearby Junction. You can walk into town in 20 - 30 minutes from this guest house but it is also on bus routes. Our room was perfectly comfortable, clean and tidy with tea & coffee and toiletries. Perhaps if you are picky you could say some things could do with refreshing. If you are staying in this room and you are a light sleeper, consider taking some earplugs because it faces a busy main road. I am a light sleeper and earplugs meant I slept pretty well. Breakfast was a lovely cooked breakfast (veggie in our case) with plenty of toast, tea & coffee. The breakfast room had an elegant charm about it, I felt very comfortable in there with gentle music playing. I would certainly consider staying here again with my husband as the price for the room with breakfast was reasonable for Cambridge especially so close to town and The Junction. Advice on parking: contact the guest house in advance to ask about it. We didn't so I am not sure what the deal is. We ended up parking in a nearby (very nearby) road. Car was fine there overnight but we got there early...can't say for sure we would have been so lucky in finding a space so close if we had turned up much later. I don't know if the lady who looked after us in the morning is the owner but she was lovely. Thanks for a comfortable stay.
