“"BEST VALUE HOTEL AROUND THE ISLAND"”
Having stayed in various hotels on mallorca and just returned from the marina portals , port-nous,, this hotel has friendly staff, terrific management and offers the best value for money in the present hotel industry, clean and clear spa facilities. would recommend with out doubt,
“Can't wait to go back”
A lovely clean hotel, with extremely helpful staff. Rooms are just great. In situated in a nice location.
“Excellent value hotel”
Good location. Hotel facilities good. Although hotel is on the main road to the marina, all rooms are built on the other side of the hotel ie. swimming pool side, so not disturbed by road noise. Car park provides for about 15-20 cars but was not a problem whilst we were there. Breakfast is buffet style with a very good choice. Bonus is that it is available until 10.30 (for late risers). Definite recommendation - good value.
“4th stay - really like this place”
Great value at this time of year (May). Tend to use this hotel when on business in Majorca and occasionally accompanied by Mrs when we add a few days on for a short break.. Have always been impressed with level of service, cleanliness and facilities. Good spot if you like spending time down at Puerto Portals Marina at the bottom of the hill. Only one issue - which is common in many continental hotels - the floors are not carpeted so If you are unlucky to get a resident in the room above you walking round in heavy shoes/high heels it can be a bit annoying. Highly recommended.
“Quick Break”
This hotel is fantastic value for it's loction. Only problem is that the hotel prices have literally doubled in last year so eatin and drinking there is a no no and the bar area has zero atmosphere as opposed to the buzz which used to be there for pre dinner drinks. I would recommend a stay here.
“lovely pool area!”
was put on ground floor which had steps up to room,as we had a 20 month old child with us i found this quite a struggle at times.
“Fairly good value”
The pool shut at 5.30pm which was disappointing and the beds were very hard. Apart from that the Hotel was good value and the breakfast was great.

Clean but very basic hotel with a very small bedroom and tiny bed. Almost useless air-conditioning. Functional and bizarrely large bathroom, when compared with the bedroom. Breakfast was OK, with plenty of choice, but awful scrambled egg! Large outdoor pool. All in all, for the money it's not bad, but hardly in keeping with the restaurants, bars and super-yachts down the road!
“excellent Hotel for family holiday”
Hotel conveniently situated to Palma. Also very near excellent beaches. Hotel food is good, particularly breakfastsand snacks round the pool, but evening buffet could improve. Wonderful pool and Spa area which keeps children amused. Staff very couteous and helpful. A great family holiday location.
