La Belle Epoque - Creative country cuisine and traditional French fare. Formal dining in high-ceilinged room with chandeliers. Overlooks courtyard with apple trees and wisteria. “Can't wait to go back.”

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful in planning day trips from their location. I will definitely go back.

“great location”

nice, clean hotel with good location as it is close to the beach and restaurants/shops. historic charm. hotel parking is expensive so figure out other parking options in town

“one of the best hotel in deauville”

Hotel Normandy Barriere has an exellent location - near the beach, Deauville's pool, casino, shopping area, caffes, restaurants. we had standard room, but it was spacious and cosy. the small bottle of perfume "hermes" in the bathroom - very pleasant surprise. the pool is very small, but it not important in july. in general, everything was perfect.

“Not Impressed”

Maybe it was great at the turn of the century, but its time has passed. Tiny rooms, no air conditioning, and overpriced. Stay at a B&B away from Deauville.

“Great location, small rooms”

Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the location. The service and amenities were very nice. The rooms were a bit small and the bed a bit lumpy!

“Great hotel, esp with children”

Regardless of your child's age, the hotel has services to watch your children during the day and will provide excellent babysitting services for the evening. A great indoor pool for rainy or cold days (which are very common in Normandy), and the staff was very accomodating to our daughter.

“Idealement situé”

Dommage que les petits déjeuners "à la françaises" soient comptabilisés à 30 € pour un café un croissant , un pain au chocolat ou des tartnes beurrées.

“Nombreux problèmes mineurs mais répétés”

Nous avons d'abord eu un frigo en panne, problématique quand on doit stocker des antibiotiques pour un enfant. Puis le lendemain la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas. Tout a été réparé rapidement, mais tout de même. Puis problème de facturation sur des produits du frigo mini-bar jamais consommés, réparé aussi. Et enfin, l'isolation sonore des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer, même en deluxe.

“Hotel Normandy is prachtige uitvalsbasis”

alles was top, alleen kunnen ze er geen irish coffee maken en zijn kamers op 4e verdieping zonder airco en dus in de zomer vrij warm. voor rest alles ok.

“Hotel in prachtige omgeving.”

Mooi hotel. Wat jammer was dat wij geen aircondition hadden. Wordt aangewerkt.maar daar hadden we nu niets aan. Ook met handdoeken was men zuinig en de kamer werd voor de tweede keer gedaan om ongeveer 17.00 uur. Als je om 19.00 gaat douchen en verkleden voor de avond dus veel te vroeg. Service was verder prima.

Area recommendations
Honfleur, een schattig plaatsje met een leuk haventje ,restaurantjes en vele galleries.
