“Lovely hotel, would be happy to stay there again”
Hotel was great, in a good location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms had connecting door which was great for our family. This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip and I would stay again if we go back to that area.
“Hotel location was very central; nice views of dockside; would recommend to friends”
Nice size rooms, very clean, centrally located
“Refused Expedia reservation”
The hotel was fine and in a convienient location. However, the staff was rude and would not accept our Expedia reservation and payment through Expedia nor the price it was reserved for. They did not want honor our reservation made by Expedia. They claimed they could not find. They also did not agree to the price nor when we showed the printout of the reservation. They suggested we pay them with a credit card and that we ask Expedia to reimburse us. We then insisted on this reservation. We received the key to the room after a long wait. The receptionist who spoke perfect English with an american accent said that she finally found the reservation and that she had to merge it their system. The next morning the morning receptionist did not agree with the merge. he said the Expedia reservation was invalid. He wanted to be paid. When we refused he said he will need 2 to 3 hours to confirm payment. We had a train in 90 minutes and explained we would not wit nor pay him again. He explained that we could put it on the credit card and then cancel the payment with Visa. We refused to this. He was angry with us and refused to assist us any further. He took out copy of the printout.
“Bon hotel”
La chambre était spacieuse et agréable même si il y avait quand même de la poussiere virvoltante. Le petit déjeuner censé être bio ne l'etait qu'en petite partie. Cependant le sejour fût agréable.
