Decent value
It's a nice older hotel, very well-located. However, there is no air conditioning, which was a problem given the unexpectedly hot weather, and the breakfast was disappointing, especially in relation to comparable hotels that we stayed at in the region. The croissants were tiny and industrial, and there was very little in the way of selection. Service is good and the room is otherwise comfortable.

Lovely, quiet evening
Lovely town, lovely hotel right in the middle of it. Front desk clerk was helpful to me, ensuring I parked in the right place to take advantage of a good spot. It was a quiet midweek night, but pleasant stay. One of the few hotel rooms in France that I encountered that had a proper bath tub, even in a non-deluxe room. Very happy, I'd stay here again.

Good experience
Only stayed one night but it was comfortable and pleasant. The location is convenient to both the train station and the town center. Would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Deauville.

A good value
Considering the cost at hotels in this area it is a good value. The location is in the center of the city. The front desk personnel were all friendly and informative. Free parking was available on nearby streets. The room was clean and comfortable and the free internet in room worked fine. However, it was all basic and not more.

Good room at good price, but terrible service
We arrived to the hotel at midnight and before to pay the night (reserved through Expedia) we asked for the internet password. It did not function. We asked the reception clerk to do something because we have elected the hotel because our daily use of Wi-Fi. He did nothing. We asked to cancel the reservation. We were told that he will not do that as they had a reservation, even with no Wi Fi. We left the hotel to look around for another hotel with Wi Fi, with no success and had to return. We asked the clerk to turn off and then turn on the system with a successful result...! We realized that the employees are not trained to give the minimal level of service. The following day, we went to the dining room and asked for drinks and/or food, but nothing was available. We even were asked to moved away from the table....In my following visit we will not return there...

The hotel was well located in Deauville walking distance from the marina and casino and Trouville. The people at the desk were friendly enough. The hotel does not have it's own parking, but we we lucky to find parking in front and in the back of the hotel. I would recommend it. Since I do not feel comfortable in confined spaces, I used the stairs to get from the ground floor to the third floor, I got my workout.

Reasonable base for looking at Deauville.
Not easy to find a parking space in front of the hotel (and this was off-season!) since it's in the middle of a set of busy streets. But we did find free street parking nearby, free because off season. Room was OK, staff friendly, and the hotel was near several restaurants, and good for looking round the town. I wouldn't like to use it in the high season, but then I wouldn't go to Deauville in the high season. Breakfast was only average.

Good bang for the buck.
Nothing over the top, but a decent room in a decent hotel for a reasonable price. We only stayed one night.

Couldn't Stay Due To The Smell
Hotel is very basic and appeared clean from the photos and even in person. That said, the entire hallway and room smelled horribly, so much so that we paid for the night but left for another hotel right away.

Accueil et personnel impeccables et irréprochables. Personnel à votre écoute et attentif à la satisfaction des clients. Hôtel rénové au rez-de chaussée, hall, réception salon et salle des petits-déjeuners très bien agencés, décorés et relativement chics. Par contre déception une fois passée la porte de la chambre. Chambre, salle de bains et WC relativement vieillots, vétustes à rafraîchir absolument. La salle de bains ne disposait pas d'une douche mais juste une simple baignoire avec rideau de douche. Ne cherchez les prises de courant proches du lit, vous n'en trouverez pas. Une seule prise pour toute la chambre (!) côté télévision avec un domino. Petit-déjeuner correct mais rien d'exceptionnel.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel Continental août 2018
Hôtel très beau, personnel très agréable. Les chambres sont très correctes et literie de de bonne qualité. Absence de climatisation donc il faisait chaud. Obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes donnant sur rue donc bruyant. Manque d’eau chaude à 11h. Pas de machine à glaçon, ou distributeur en pleine nuit de friandises. Dans l’ensemble cet hôtel est bien et sa situation à 5 mn de la gare et 10mn de la plage en font un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

un bon moment qui aurait pu être meilleur
de bons points comme la situation ou l'amabilité du personnel, mais des équipements un peu vieux... et un hôtel généralement mal insonorisé. Pb de voisinage lundi soir, mais on entendait avant cela le fonctionnement des sanitaires d'autres chambres ainsi que les déplacements sur le plancher supérieur. Le wifi ne marchait pas bien. Manquaient également des rideaux bien occultants

El hotel está muy bien situado, bien de precio y personal muy amable....pero para mí un problema importante fue el ruido en la habitación. Daba a la calle y las ventanas no son de ultima generación con lo que no frenan el ruido.
