“Would stay again”

There are a lot of one way streets in Caen and to get to the hotel it's necessary to drive on what looks like the sidewalk! There are lots of restaurants nearby, free parking is available on the street in front of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. I would stay there again. Nice sized room with full bath. Free WiFi too.

“Avoid France! (if American)”

Room was nice, very colorful. Staff was ok once we got there, but we were unable to do anything we had planned to, like see the Normandy beaches and go to Mont St. Michel. There is only one train that goes to them and it is early in the morning and there's only one that comes back in the evening. I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival and asked about visiting these and they sent me links to websites entirely in French (which I can't read) and didn't mention the train times at all. This made it difficult to plan the trip and we missed out on everything we went there for. We arrived around noon and weren't able to do much of anything. Some people in the town were hostile towards us. Worst place we stayed in our 3-week vacation.

“prix imbattable”

situé en plein centre-ville : idéal pour clients aimant bouger puisque tout est à proximité : théâtre, cinéma, cafés... à noter qu'un bus (ligne 2) , place du théâtre, emmène directement au mémorial.

tout est à proximité.
Events and shows
cinémas et théatre sont respectivement à 2 et 3 minutes à pieds pour être précis.

à 25 minutes en voiture de Cabourg

“Hotel de la Fontaine , très bon accueil et bel hotel!”

Très bon accueil pour cet hotel en centre ville mais au calme, à proximité de lieux touristiques , de commerces, restaurants, animations... Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et propres. Manque juste un ascenseur...
