“Good place to sleep on a budget”

Overall experience was good but they are very strict on checkout by 11;00 am

“Close to airport - not with roadworks”

Large, cheap hotel near airport. The whole place needs a renovation, but it was good enough for 1 night and then fly out. Supposed to be close to airport, but roadworks meant a 5 minute journey took 25 minutes. Do not have a meal in the restaurant.

“Nice place!”

Good place to stay - only fault being that the TV reception wasn't outstanding, but a minor issue really.

“Would return.”

This isn't a grand hotel, so don't expect one. It is, however, reasonably efficient, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is semi-industrial, but has a surprising number and diversity of restaurants and other places to eat. I'd definately recommend the hotel for an overnight stay

“Never stay there again”

For the size, the room was overpriced.Leaving a bottle of water on the dresser "saying enjoy" and then saying if you do 2.99 will be charged to your account, is beyond tacky. The restaurant was dingy, and way over priced.Who still charges for the internet.

“Do Not Stay at this Hotel”

A/C were not working properly. Lousy Front Desk Staff. No Automatic Doors to open when you are carrying heavy suitcases. On site restaurant is virtually non existent. I will never ever stay there again Lousy, Lousy Lousy place

“Good location, good price”

Was a little worried when I read some of the reviews, but this was a nice hotel with a very convenient location to the airport, downtown, shopping, fast foods places and highways to go to the sights out of town. It is not a five star, and is an older hotel that could use a little sprucing up, but it was clean, and comfortable and a good price. The charge for $10 to have a mini fridge in the room and to pay extra to have a non-smoking room was a bit of a put off as this is usually not something you would have to pay a premium for.

Area recommendations
Rockies up to Athabasca icefields is a must. Museum and Hoodoos at Drumhiller were excellent. Zoo is nice too!

“Good value for money”

The location was good. The room was clean but the bed & the pillows were not comfortable. The staff looked confused & didn't know a lot.
