“Feel deceived”

Was not happy with my experience. Is located in a sketchy part of downtown. Didn't feel safe alone.

“Great Value and Comfort”

If you are looking for value, comfort and simplicity I would suggest the Regency Suites Hotel. The staff were friendly and the check-in and out was fast. Best of all were the rooms, they are suites with kitchenettes, separate bedrooms and they were clean! My only complaint is the TV's, they are dated and need replacing. For the business traveler or family this hotel is perfect...no frills just comfort.

Area recommendations

Explore the downtown core, many boutique shops and restaurants and the Plus 15 walkway means no going outside if it is cold.

“Better than expected”

I searched for the cheapest because it was an urgent 1 day trip then when i went there i was surprised and the facilities were great . I tool one bedroom with wifi and i thought that i am in a 5 start hotel . The price is reasonable and the service is very good .

“I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!”

When we arrived, my first opinion was "I hope the rooms are better than the lobby". I am not use to spending the kind of money we did and walk into a lobby of that condition. The toilet had not been flushed after some on had had a bowel movement. The best of the worst is that they knowingly had no hot water. Not a drop ... we had to heat water in a kettle repeatedly to get my hair washed and rinsed for an appointment one hour away. When I called down to the lobby, they were totally not interested about the whole thing it was like “oops our bad”!

“Comfortable and clean”

The suite was spacious and had eveything needed for comfort, including fresh ground coffee instead of the disgusting stale instant variety usually found in hotel bedrooms, The desk staff were polite and helpful. I would certainly go back.

“It was a place to sleep”

This is an old hotel with only one very small functioning elevator which is also used by the cleaning staff. Don't expect cheery greetings by the front desk staff; they process your paperwork and typically ignore you when you walk by. Otherwise, the location is downntown and close to alot of amenities.
