    “Would Definetely Go Back”

    An overnight getaway after an afternoon of shopping! It was a busy weekend for this Hotel with Company Christmas Parties,but it was quiet, the room ,bathroom was extremely clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the Fitness Centre, one of the better equipped gyms I have seen in a long time,& enjoyed a swim afterward.Was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, would recommend to friends & family and would return again!

    “Great hotel and location in Calgary”

    We were so happy with our hotel in Calgary. We were on a pedestrian street and two blocks from the tower, shopping was in the next block. The price was extraordinary for this hotel. This was the deal of the two week trip. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The food for lunch was fantastic and reasonable. We ate breakfast out , three blocks away, because in the hotel it was a silly amount for two. That was the only drawback for the hotel. Parking was extra per day which we hadn't known. We didn't like that . We would definitely stay there again however for the convenience and the nice room as long as the price was about the same.

    “Enjoyed our stay!”

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The steam room, pool, and hot tub were really clean and nice. Our room was very big with a big spacious washroom as well. The hotel was very clean and the staff went over and above to help us out. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the concierge. Only 2 complaints: The food seems overpriced...we were going to order room service but changed our mind when we saw the prices and went to nearby chinatown to eat. Also it is $25 a day for parking..I feel that if you are a guest of the hotel you should be able to park for free.

    Visit the Calgary Zoo! It is a great zoo with tons of different animals to see. It is a little pricy but you can spend the day there so it is totally worth it!

    “Best Hotel In Calgary - Fantastic Staff - Will stay there everytime!”

    From check in until I realized I had left gold hoop earings in my room somewhere given to me by my boyfriend the staff at this property were amazing! Kristina checked me in gave me some great restaurant recommendations, signed me up for their passport program which got me free wifi in my room and even called to make sure everything was good. The gal I worked with in Lost and Found immediately deployed staff to find my earrings which they did and are mailing them to me. Everyone that we connected with went out of their way to make our simple 1 night stay special! I will be traveling there on business and will always stay at this hotel! Perfect for walking around downtown Calgary also!

    “Very Nice”

    the hyatt was located in the heart of downtown. it was very convinient and right on stephen ave. the rooms were very comfortable and the service was awesome.

    even if you don't buy anything, you will see a lot of intresting items in the boutique windows.
