we were highly impressed with this hotel and will be coming back in the future good price for family, clean and comfortable - warm buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent!

We got free breakfast included in the room so it's a big plus. The breakfast was excellent and the service is very good. Expedia also gave out free shopping tote, coupon and Zoo pass for children. I wish it is for adult cause we don't have children so we didn't use that. otherwise it would be great to visit the Zoo.

Very comfortable. We were surprised with the gift of complimentary buffet breakfast which was delicious. Great rate and fabulous staff.

WE enjoyed our stay very much. The restaurant was excellent. Was nice for a couple nights. The service was awesome!
“Old, But very nice hotel & staff”
Having never been to Calgary, Alberta this hotel although seemed old, the staff, service and overall experience make it very pleasant. I've stayed at some very nice but EXPENSIVE hotels in my travels. And for the price, pleasant staff & service made it worth my while. I'm planning to go back
“Not Impressed”
air conditioning was not working in Tower B, the plumbing was noisy and there was no means of adjusting the thermostat.
“Last option..”
Staff were helpfull at first. During the evening all the doors were locked and caused us to walk all around the hotel during the late hours of the night looking for an unlocked door. Dont they give you keys for a reason? Apparently not. During the morning we were disturbed by house keeping 3 times. They opened the door and came right in at 9:00am 9:30 and 10:00 .. We finally got so annoyed we got up and left. Check out is 11:00. Dont come nocking before 11.

The Hotel staff was kind and tender. The room was clean and fuctionable. I like the concept for better envirinment. It might be better for me that there was refrigerator in the room.
