The hotel is close to the tunnel making it easy and accessible for travellers. The rooms are warm clean and comfortable. The bathroom is porcelain and the towels large are large and plentiful.
The food in the restaurant is cooked fresh and served hot.
We use the hotel often and are greeted warmly by the staff who think of us as family members.
Modern hotel with pillared portico in western Calais, one kilometer from the Eurotunnel terminal and the city center. Rooms …More
This is a basic hotel - somewhere to crash before or after crossing the channel. In these terms the hotel is absolutely fine. The rooms are looking a bit tired, but they are clean and perfectly functional. It was easy to find the hotel, just a few minutes and one junction away from the Eurotunnel terminal. We arrived very late - long after the usual last check-in time - around 3.30am. The night manager arrived very promptly after we rang the night bell, and he was charming and efficient in checking us in quickly and directing us to our rooms.

Hotel overall is quite nice, for the money i paid for this hotel it was definitely worth it, the rooms itself was quite small but its good for sleep we only stayed a night, the staff are pleasant and very helpful , there is free parking around the hotel which was good, and food for the buffet breakfast was very nice, got a lot of choice which was good.
only downside the bathroom is a little outdated, the toilet was separate from my room and looks like it had not been refurbished since the 60's
overall i cant have anything else bad to say, would stay again but only for a couple of nights max, (good to travel to Paris from )

Stayed overnight after coming from UK. Hotel was and rooms were clean and comfortable, if a little on the small side. Rooms could probably could do with a little 'freshening' up, but for an overnight stay, were more than adequate. Would use again for an overnight stay.

Best known as a port and fishing town, Calais has a rich history built around its location at the narrowest point of the English Channel. The ornate Hotel de Ville, the bustling Place des Armes with its ancient Tour de Guet, and the Eglise de Notre Dame are all worth checking out, and the long sandy beaches are popular in the summer. There are numerous opportunities for shopping and eating.
