“The Best Hotel in Cairo”
This hotel sets a new standard of luxury in Cairo hotels. Very spatious, clean and smart. I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Cairo.
“Business Hotel”
Perfect for business trips to Cairo. Especially if your business is in Heliopolis.
“superb rooms, restaurants and service”
This hotel is very convenient for the airport. It has an excellent and wide choice of restaurants. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Service is excellent. I have stayed in many hotels in Cairo and the Fairmont ranks with the best.
“Brand new hotel, near airport, terrific service, so so food”
Modern property, spacious room, everything you expect from a newly built Fairmont. Food was so so, I had a steak sandwich that was edible but not great, every time I asked local business contacts to meet me at the hotel for lunch or dinner they said they prefer to eat somewhere else, so it looks like its reputation for not great food is well known.
“not good compared for othere's”
it's new hotel this why it was one of the best 5 stars hotels i 've been in Egypt. though it's not like the 5 stars ratings you get in dubai or any where else. they did not refile the tray of tea n coffee though it was free n i had to remind them there was no dental kit which is weired, & the room smell was not that good or refreshed though it should be as i stayed in smoking room, also the food & the drinks quality was very expensive compared to the quality of the food where there is great restaurants a few blocks away from the hotel.
“Very Impressed”
This is a fine hotel. The room exceeded our expectations in every way. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a pleasant surprise. I would be happy to stay at this property again.
“very nice business hotel”
neat, clean but located at the very far end of the city.... very near to the airport...........
“Welcome escape from Cairos Madness”
A sumptuous hotel, very near the airport. Thought the half distance from the city centre would be a disadvantage, but proved to be a welcome escape from the hectic city centre. Very good restaurants, particularly enjoyed the Japanese one. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is frequented by tourists and wealthy business people. All in all a good choice, but be prepared for a white knuckle ride into the city every day. The traffic is intense and the driving mad!
“An Oasis”
After a hot and dusty day in Cairo, the hotel lobby, designed as an oasis and filled with palms and water features is very welcome. The rooms are beautifully designed. The restaurant is excellent. The chef sends little surpises to your table, you can see the teamwork in the kitchen through the window, and the food is fabulous at a fair price. Now that the hotel is linked to the Fairmont next door, those wanting a slightly less expensive alternative can enjoy the whole facility by staying there, but the small difference in price to stay in the elegant rooms of the towers is worth it. A perfect holiday or business hotel.
“Hotel not properly maintained”
Many things broken in room, including desk, desk chair, faucet, drain, shade etc. Bellboys no help. Room door lock broken. Front desk unresponsive. Room instruction booklet out of date and just plain wrong about services. Confusion over airport shuttle. Very bad coffee at breakfast. Hotel under construction so confusion at check-in. While repairing my door lock, I had to stand in the hall for 45 minutes
