The property was amazing. Perfect for couples and families. The only reason it got a 4/5 was due to the pool and jacuzzi not being heated.

I highly recommend staying here! The location is perfect. It’s directly across the street from the beach, they offer onsite parking and car rental. Walking distance from multiple eateries. Our balcony was huge for the unit we selected, and staff was very welcoming! Made for a perfect stay. No complaints.

Best stay we have ever from All our travels. Home away from with everything available at your fingertips with all appliances kitchenware ( didn’t cook though) great sea view next to beautiful pool. Heavenly and spacious for us three with our adult son .Wish we stayed there the whole Time. Next time that will be the spot ! Thank you love it♥️

We stayed in Apartment 3, which is a very spacious with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is well equipped for self catering with plenty of all the items you need inc. a washer and tumble dryer. The outside terrace has chairs, table and two loungers, with access through a glass gate direct to pool level. The reception and staff are very professional and nice. The only gripe is the parking spaces in the garage are a bit narrow. Would come here again.

Highly recommend as a VIP member
It was as the pictures portrayed We were upgraded to a big balcony apartment It came with a free car for the week which enabled us to see all we wanted to see in Cairns and large bottle of wine We found staff very helpful and had to go out there way to organize a taxi to deliver my computer which I left behind in time for me to catch my plane. Overall 5 star service and highly recommend as a relaxing place to stay. There were plenty of good restaurants and takeaways on Trinity beach front with in easy walking distance we all loved our stay a great pool and very large rooms to enjoy peace and quiet when you needed some alone time Hoghly recommend yoou wont be disappointed

While in Cairns for 2 weeks, I booked 3 places to stay along the coast to get a feel for all the areas. I kept the Sea Change as our coup de grace as it was the most luxurious of the three. When we arrived, there were two letters for me. The first one stated the Sea Change had UPGRADED our room to a 2 bedroom apt from a 1! How nice! Further in the letter they state that if we use the 2nd bedroom however, we would be expected to pay an additional $40 per night (see for yourself) it was really tacky & laughable. I was embarrassed for them quite frankly. The next letter tells me that during the months of Oct & Nov, the building would be painted but that this should not be an inconvenience to me. The letter also indicated that people who made reservations would have been alerted to this in advance (I was not one of those lucky ones). Looking forward to taking a nap upon our check in, the painter was directly out the bedroom window for the remainder of the day which prohibited that. (not his fault-he was doing his job) The next day, we headed out & couldn't find pool towels. Upon our return, we learned if we needed pool/beach towels, we needed to RENT them from mgmt! Yikes! Our last morning, I wanted to have coffee out on the balcony, but alas, painters had erected scaffolding directly in front of our coffee table at 6am! I am shocked that management even rented this unit. Painters were not to start til 10 but they were there bright & early! I should have a full refund.

Had we have been made aware this was an issue, we could have resolved this promptly as our guests experience is our priority. At no time did we see you with complaint during your stay or any opportunity to seek compensation. We hope you enjoyed the larger apartment and yes we do offer our guests the option to use the extra room should they have additional family members joining. We hope to see you on another occasion.

The room was big, clean and had a great sea view. Apartment repainting the exterior while we were here. Work started early in the morning and it was noisy.overall we enooy our 3 night stay will come back again .

Este lugar es un 10/10, la zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y encuentras varios lugares para comer a minutos caminando, les recomiendo mucho el italiano que se encuentra casi a la par de las instalaciones. El servicio excelente, el lugar impecable, en las tardes puedes salir a pasar el rato frente a la playa. Si vienen a Cairns y está en sus posibilidad alquilar un carro háganlo, pueden tomar un día para ir a conocer Port Douglas. En fin, una excelente opción.

Stayed at this resort apartment the second time and it was as good as our previous visit 4 years ago. Very friendly staff. Property is well maintained and with good amenities. Also came with a free car hire for our one week stay. Would highly recommend to any prospective visitor to Cairns.

Tired but good location
Our stay was ok. Apartment was quite tired. Oven and dishwasher weren’t up to scratch for what you pay. Very spacious and a great location.

Great place to stay.
The accommodation was lovely. Huge balcony with outdoor areas. Walk across the road to a patrolled beach. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The only downside was the very small parking bays, and lack of recycling bins. We would stay here again.
