Most of the staff was really helpful. The wait staff in the ground floor cafe was not particularly attentive and she was kind of slow.

Stylish hotel in great location

Posted 18-Dec-2014
Pros: Very comfortable stylish rooms, and great breakfast with ocean views. Great location with pleasant walk along the headland through gardens.
Cons: Balconies are not very private and rooms could be somewhat overlooked. Staff are occasionally less than friendly, but front desk was helpful.
Location: A few minutes walk reaches the old town with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
Ultra modern hotel with very stylish large rooms, and view over park and ocean. Spa facility and huge decks with large outdoor pools. Super huge bathtub, though no door to bath/ basin area, so a bit exposed !

Modern luxury

Posted 02-Nov-2014
Pros: Cleanliness and breakfast.
Cons: More care taken over billing.
Location: Good with seafront location.
Good stay. Found a little impersonal however the room was extremely clean with fantastic lighting and superb bath. Bill incorrect which was a little annoying. Good location in old town.

Form over Function

Posted 10-Oct-2014
Pros: The ultra modern architecture was pretty.
Cons: More staff, better service, improve cooling system. The restaurant was just OK, again, short staffed.
Location: This hotel is at the very tip of the peninsula. We did not find much of interest in Cadiz, better to stay in Jerez.
This hotel is visually beautiful and unique. It has a lovely oceanfront setting. Unfortunately, it feels more like a gallery than a comfortable place to sleep. The bed sits in the middle if the room, facing the view, but also directly into the windows of another building. The internal walls are primarily glass. The room temperature was too hot. Although they have a sophisticated system and could tell me the exact temperature from the desk, it couldn't be improved. The hotel seemed very under staffed, one person was usually at the desk and cafe for this large hotel.

hôtel magnifique face à la mer,

Posted 09-Oct-2014

A slice of paradise.

Posted 02-Oct-2014
Pros: Good value, beautiful surroundings and excellent service.
Location: Situated about 10 minutes drive from Ronda in the middle of beautiful countryside.
From the moment we arrived until we left we had the most friendly service we have experienced in a long while. Our room was spacious and had a private courtyard to the rear which was tranquil and quiet. Our dinner was excellent. We chose from the fixed menu and were not disappointed. The wine ( white Rioja ) was excellent and good value for money. Breakfast was taken on the terrace with a wonderful view across the swimming pool and to the valley below. We were sad to leave and will definitely visit again.

A terrible experience!

Posted 06-Sep-2014 on Hotels.com
I will not stay at this hotel or, at any other parador hotel, for that matter. Upon my arrival, I had the misfortune of speaking with the reception clerks, who were unfriendly and unhelpful. This hotel had an institutional, sterile quality to it, which did not make for an enjoyable stay. Upon my arrival, my room, however, was far from sterile. Balls of hair littered the floor. There were stains on the walls. The television didn't work. There were pieces of the door that had been stripped away without being replaced. The gym facility was hopelessly inadequate. This place was simply not worth the price!
