“Terrible”
Room was dirty, bed was like laying on cement and open swimming pool was GREEN! Checked out after 1st night and received refund for rest of stay.
“"quiet elegance"”
We enjoyed our stay here very much, our up grade was a nice treat and as requested on the upper floor. the hotel is an oasis of calm , spotless, very beautifully furnished, and if i had the time i would have liked to sit on each and every one of the plush sofas !! the gardens are a treat to sit in, breakfast was lovely and no problem to have extra coffees, we ate dinner to the strains of the 10 tenors who were performing in a marquee in the grounds (such an unexpected treat ) all this for the wonderful price we payed thtough expedia ! So if you get the chance to experience this delightful place ....do !!
“Best Hotel”
My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was excellent and the service was second to none. My wife and I have stayed at many five star hotels and this has been by far the best. We recently stayed at the 5 star Chateau Laurier in Ottawa for double what we paid at Hotel Duques De Medinaceli but it did not even come close to what we expereienced at this hotel. The only small thing I would comment on is the fact that not all the staff speak English, however this is not a complaint because I should learn how to speak Spanish. All the reception staff speak English and they are very helpful. Please stay at this hotel you will no regrets and for the price it is a bargain.

Nous assimilons cet hotel à un Parador. La décoration est magnifique. Les suites très confortables et luxueuses. Le personnel est très discret. La formule prix semaine est fort appréciable pour un établissement de ce type.

Palast mit großem Garten und altem Baumbestand ,kostenloser eigener,abgeschlossener Parkplatz.Große stilvolle Räume mit antikem Mobiliar,ruhige Lage trotz Straße.Innenstadt mit vielen Lokalen zufuß leicht erreichbar.Üppiges Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch gepreßtem Orangensaft.
