We had a great stay, but it is located on the main road and Como is becoming increasingly touristy so the noise of the cars in our lakeside view room was quite loud.
The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a damaged seal so was leaking water all over the floor, but they promptly cleaned and gave us replacement towels.
Staff were a little quiet and unhelpful at times but overall it was a good stay.

Booked a superior room which was very small and ended up on side of hotel with no balcony. Told extra 50 euro for balcony and lake view.
Hotel caters for too many people with large number of coach company's using it. This means breakfast is chaotic with waiters tearing round serving coffee which ended up on the table or in the saucers rather than the cup.
After one breakfast we returned to our room to gather our belongings for a day out. The lady knocked to make up the room, saw we were there and said she would come back. When we got back that evening the room had not been done Informed reception who said they would pass on problem to relevant people.
This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting right on the edge of Lake Como. Paolo made us feel very welcome from the minute we stepped in the door and even understood our Scottish accents. I would like to thank him and the rest of his family for being so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself has been renovated to a magnificent standard with some lovely features throughout. The roof top pool has stunning views across the lake to Bellagio and the mountains beyond. The terrace at the front of the hotel is the perfect place to relax with a cold beer and prosecco at the end of a day exploring the lake and villages. Its two minutes to the car ferry to Bellagio (nice way to arrive) and only 10 minutes to the 2 other ferry stops which take you to Como and the rest of the lake towns an villages. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I cant recommend this hotel highly enough and we look forward to returning in the very near future.

Cadenabbia may lack the cachet of some more fashionable neighbouring resorts, but its agreeably sedate hotels enjoy views no less appealing from their vantage points above the Tremezzina waterfront. Here the lake is at its widest point with regular ferry services to Bellagio and Varenna. Long favoured by the British, its Anglican church dates from 1891. The lakeshore lido has a pleasant terrace café.
