"Amazing service , friendly staff, delicious food"
We had an amazing time here ! All inclusive is the way to go with unlimited drinks and food on the beach distinct food choices at all the restaurants amazing friendly staff ( Sam at la bodega , Roberto and Pablo and Jaime at la cevicheria beach side service always coming up to us asking if we needed anything and always with a smile ) and Alberto at the vina del mar . That's what's makes this resort amazing the people working there ! Will be planning a trip to cancun and will plan on booking with fiesta Americana again !

Two major parts in this hotel: one near the beach, the other part (The Ridge) on the street/marina side.
We were in a suite at the ridge (upgrade at check-in). Some noise from the street and nearby restaurant.
Very nice room, pools and staff.
In-room Internet is pretty bad. Ok from lobby or pool area.

Hotel location is perfect and next to the beach. All water activities are on the beach. The staff is polite and always helpful. Don't forget to buy all inclusive package..it is value for money. Time share is downer and waste of time...unless you have all the time or interested in buying one. Although you almost get 50% off on all your activities if you attend one...you have to evaluate what is important for you? time or money!!!..This is the best vacation I had in long time. We explored dolphin swim and parasailing... It was a once in a lifetime experience.

This was our 2nd trip to the Sheraton, they re-opened 3 weeks earlier from the hurricane, they were still grooming the grounds and planting new landscaping. Even with all that going on the staff was great, the rooms were great, food and restaurants were good, and the pools and beach were soothing to the soul! We will be going back!!!
My husband and I just got back from spending our 25th anniversary there. The second you arrive, you are greeted with a glass of champagne and friendliness. The staff there was very kind. We were taken to our ocean view room on the 6th floor. The room and the view were beautiful, and there was nothing wrong about our decision to stay at Sandos Finisterra. Our time there was great. Of course you can stay on the resort and be completely entertained because it offers many activities daily. There are also other activities just outside in the city. My husband and I were entertained on the night of our anniversary on a dinner cruise, that was offered by the resort. We also went out for a great hike with a guide and another time we went snorkeling. All of the activities were arranged by our new friend Sebastian, who is with Expedia at the resort. We have to thank Sebastian for all of his kindness and help.
So happy for the Playa Grande and many other resorts in Cabo that are back open and looking beautiful as ever! Can't praise the people of Cabo enough after what they went through during the storm and recovering so quickly! You are all amazing! Thanks for another great stay at Playa Grande. We didn't actually stay at the Ridge as planned but they made arrangements for a room right on the beach that was so amazing! All the pools are open and everyone is so happy to see us! Can't wait to get back there soon!
