Great location, some parts of the hotel is very outdated. Dining is NOT a 5-star. Friendly staff. Very nice and clean rooms. **** STAY AWAY FROM ANY TIME-SHARING OFFERS !!!!!!!!! All a scam and they will ruin your vacation !

The hotel is too dark. The beach area is too noisy, loud music from early in the morning to mid-night. No way to relax. The food is disappointing, they offer Mexican options that are not authentic (like cochinita pibil). It would be better to offer local gastronomy instead of offering options that they do not know how to cook. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful.
