"Lovely hotel with good facilities for the family."
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my husband and three children. We had a wonderful time. We had two adjoining rooms, each en suite on the ground floor. The accommodation was perfect for the five of us. The Reception staff were very helpful providing us with details of travel, places to see etc. The breakfast was very filling and we all looked forward to it each morning. We did not have other meals as it would have been quite pricey for all of us. We were able to use the free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the local station in the morning as parking was not easy in the mornings.
All in all, it was a lovely experience. The hotel was clean throughout and there was an outdoor pool, tennis courts etc
Hotel is a 10 min walk to the train station and a 5 min walk to the local supermarket. Good if you want to go to Disneyland as it is only a few stops, but a long train journey with several changes if you want to go to the center of Paris.
Room was clean, staff were nice. The only downside was the couple next door who had a loud argument one night and we could hear the whole thing as the walls aren't that thick. Also the pillows are really uncomfortable.
Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay there again.
It's a place to stay if you are travelling with kids. The rooms are very clean ,comfortable and the upstairs room has a double bed .We asked for a cot which was placed there and even if the child woke up , it didn't disturb other people in the room. The room has a kitchenette , So you can get ready meals or pop corn from the shop 'casino' less then 5 minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast finishes at 10 but one day we went at 10:40 and they let us eat.
¨Staff were helpful, maximum comfort for such a hotel. Although location seems a bit far off from the city center, but much closer to Disney park than we earlier thoughT. However, over all we enjoyed our stay .. break fast wonderful. just few miles to Metro that serves all location to Paris.
Hotel could do MUCH mORE better with a shuttle bus.
ensure you have a hire car and do not rely on the local bus/train service.
Although the train station (Torcy) is conveniently placed there are no buses after 6.00 pm (ish) to get you back to the hotel and it is REALLY difficult to get any taxi to come to the station to do pick ups.
Although we had a good holiday the taxi experience was a nightmare - from the initial pick up from being transferred from the airport to the hotel and most definitely the return back to the airport on departure day.
We only stayed there for one night when we went to Disneyland, and it was refreshing to be in a better and a lot of cleaner hotel after the one n which we were when we were in central Paris. It was quite clean and the English-speaking staff were very helpful.

Well located between Disneyland - Paris and the center of Paris. Typical city center with Marne River. Front desk hours: …More
Excellent hotel staff, very friendly and competent English speakers. Room and hotel public areas were clean and well maintained. Hotel food was very good. We were able to order a meal in the restaurant at 9pm and didn't feel rushed to finish.
The receptionists were excellent in helping to choose the appropriate rail ticket for hopping around Paris, which was the Mobiles, about four Euros cheaper than the Paris Viste.
Rooms had air conditioning, tea and coffee, and HD TV(only BBC World News) was in English, but you don't go on a trip to watch TV. Plenty of free parking, railway station about 15-20 minutes away.
Excellent shopping mall near called Bry 2.
