had rental car came back late on evening and there was no parking slots available in the Parking garage . I parked at a charge station for E-vehicle and received a parking ticket for $60.00 I contacted Hotel reception there was nothing they could do :-( why offer hotel parking ?? I also had to pay an overnight fee since it is a private company that owns the garage( Europark). I

The hotel didn’t receive the booking from hotels.com so there was a bit of hassle at check in. Booked a room for two adults with two twin beds, got a small cubby with a single 90cm bed. Terrible value for money.

Got my money's worth
Centrally placed hotel for a stay in Drammen city centre. Good breakfast and very nice and clean room.

Worst guest service Ive received in years
Room highly overpriced for the offering. Desk staff was completely passive/unhelpful/unconcerned and are put out by very basic questions. They make it clear they are doing the bare minimum and job as assigned, nothing more (including making guests feel greeted and welcome?). Upon check out i discovered I had left my eyeglasses in the room, the desk guy actually rolled his eyes at me when i asked for a key to go get them! Bizarre, cold treatment both on check in and check out. Note you should call ahead to confirm the location of your room is not in the annex building on the 4th floor if you have luggage as there is no elevator: nor is there door staff to assist you, and desk staff will not either. Incomprehensible.

Good accommodations for the price
Our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast choices were very numerous, and the staff was attentive. A negative was the need to refresh the hotel wi-fi every 12 hours.

Welcoming
Staying at this hotel was a stop thru for my family and I, so it was only the one night. The room was great, beds very comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us and our luggage. Breakfast was good and free and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can’t comment on the area as we didn’t get out. They do have onsite parking for a fee

Friendly staff, good restaurant menu, breakfast bar excellent, clean rooms and facilities, comfortable beds, very strong hot shower and quiet in the evenings. And BBC news available. On a business trip you don't need more than this.
