Amazing place, language difficulties.
This hotel was super nice and I would definitely come back here. Points to mention: - Sauna/Jjimjilbang: You get 30% off the prices while staying here, but you do have to pay to enter. So, just a heads up if you expected it to be included. - Hotel staff: The day we checked in was fine and there was a good English speaker, but the rest of the stay was iffy. Most of them had very limited english skills as well as the staff that manned to spa side of the desk. So, expect to be treated bluntly 😅. Have Google translate ready and I wish you the best. Overall, super nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again with the convenience and big spa right there even though we needed to pay each use. Worth it in the end with affordable room rates.

We looooved the location and the view. However, the bed was rock hard! We stayed here for 3 nights and my body was not having a good time. It felt like a box spring instead of a mattress. Also, indoor and outdoor pool is listed but when i inquired about it... I was told indoor pool is only open weekdays after 4pm and the outdoor pool is 32$ per admission per person :/ no thanks. Our overall experience was ok but would not return.

Absolutely the hardest bed I’ve slept on in my life. Location is perfect but even after switching into another room the bed was still causing us back pain. We even got rug burn from the bed. The manager gave us a refund and we change our stay from four days to two

This hotel has one of the best and most beautiful views of the beach and the Busan bridge. The bad thing is that the hotel is very old and most of it is under construction. The room was clean but everything in it is old and outdated. The staff was great

Location is unbeatable. The state of the hotel left a bit to be desired. It’s clearly been there for a while. Korean beds are naturally very hard, which kinda sucks. The staff were wonderful.

Pool and the gym isn’t free. But the room had a great view. It gets really hot during the day and we couldn’t change the setting in the room. The hotel is pretty outdated overall and need some TLC.

Nothing special. They speak English at the front desk so that was helpful. It's right on the water and very accessible to everything on the front Road. The room is clean and modern. However the bed was rock hard. If I had a choice I would choose someplace else but if I'm in a bind I would stay here again. The price was fine but very limited on food sources within their hotel. Only one bar which was very small.

Overpriced hotel. The beds were rock hard, hallway smelled extremely bad. There were stains on the carpets, the room was a bit hot and curtains were dingy looking. The only things i did enjoy were the free parking, the location and not to mention the view. But thats about it. I'm sure there's another hotel with the same things that are much cheaper.

Little work needed
The hotel staff was amazing. However the bed was rock hard, the overall condition needed some renovation and the AC did not work (even when they claimed to have fixed it). Fix those things and the hotel would be 5 star.

The room I had was very comfortable and it had an amazing view. My only problem was that it was too hot at all times, and I could not regulate the temperature by myself.

A great location with a great view
The hotel is also connected to a spa so there are different front desks, but neither of them are labeled for their purpose. So when you check in for the hotel, go to the right for the Hotel and the left for the Spa. The Front Desk Manager wanted me to wait for the woman to check in (I presumed because she was already speaking English) but then another customer called over to the man that I am checking in and to help me since they would be awhile. The Front Desk Manager tried to check me in but almost charged my card two times after not even saying a word to me for five minutes. The woman finally came to help me and she was very pleasant and she took care of the card charges. She was incredibly helpful and efficient. The housekeeping staff will still try to get into your room or knock on the door even if you have the Do Not Disturb light on.Other than these two things, the hotel was very good. The bed was more of a flat and hard Korean style hotel bed, but that was to be expected. The Ocean View is well worth the extra money. I didn't try any of the restaurants in the hotel, but the bakery downstairs had some amazing breads and pastries. I will stay here again, and maybe even try the spa or the water slide next time.

There was no air conditioning available when the room was facing due south all the time and it got so hot in the room and it felt like a sauna... when I complained about it, they only said sorry:(( the concept of customer service was non existent.. There was no shower curtain so water was all over on the bathroom floor after a shower. The bed was not comfy as it was very hard.. my back was hurting.The hotel needs gigantic renovation as it was really moldy and smelly!!

Great location and room.
Hotel location could not be better. Across the street from the beach and many restaurants in the area. Terrific view of the beach from our room, which was large and comfortable.

Water not hot enough. Amazing sea view
Water was not consistently hot so when I tried to take a bath the water was lukewarm so I got a little disappointed. But good enough to take a shower and the sea view was great.

The view from our room was unbelievable. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the room was too warm during the daylight hours. The hotel was undergoing renovations and the sky viewing area was closed. The staff was outstanding.

Best hotel on Gwangali beach. Nice, large rooms with extra capacity for families. Sauna and water park were perfect for a young family to enjoy being cool in the summer. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Dirty old hotel
Room was dirty and old. Shared concerns with staff but was told all rooms are like this. Pool, fitness center, and other amenities are extra charge. Staff were rude. Overall terrible experience. Do not stay at this location. The only good thing is the view of the city and beach.

This place was completely BS. Water park was supposed to be hot spring and it was all rather cold and water was very dirty and hotel was nom smoking nut smell like someone was smoking next and they dis not do anything. View was great but everything was very poor. Not recommended to any bed was hard and old you can feel the metal spring. And bathroom was so gross. Now i can mot trust comment on your site.

gorgeous skywalk view at night
Beautiful view by night especially when the sky is clear. I'd highly recommend higher floors for excellent ocean view. Although the hotel seemed very old as it showed in carpeting and caulking, my son said it was still the best among 4 hotels we were in.

Very Old, Worn in Dirty!!
The location of this hotel is great, the parking is great, and that is all!! The rooms, hallways, are old and dirty. Old dirty, meaning its been around a long time and needs re-doing. Stains all over the carpet, the furniture in the room looks to be from when the hotel was built. The shower has no curtains, but was probably the cleanest part of the room. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, this is a 1.5, 2 star Hotel.

WHAT A VIEW -
Nice hotel, great price and location. Views of beach and bridge were amazing. Room was in good condition but carpets are stained. So many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within 1-5 mins walking distance. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.
