Very kind and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. However, the hotel lobby as well as the corridors had an annoying smell. There is a strange spa entity that is in the same building. If you want to treat yourself with a Turkish bath or massage, try to find another spa center.

Staff is very kind but once you get into the room everything changes, rooms are old not well Maintenon with mould in the walls and dirty carpets. We planned to stay 4 nights finally stayed only one and move to a different hotel. They said they will send us back the payment for the nights we did not stay and we are still waiting…. Not recommendable there are better options in Bursa. It’s a pity since Divan usually is a good hotel in Turkey.

Hotel is excellent. Hands down this is the best hotel I stayed at during my vacation in Turkey. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and luxurious room, fantastic spa and distance to important sightseeings in Bursa. Downfall is the location since it is by a main road and the view of the city from here is ugly. But Kültür Park, Altıparmak, Çekirge, Tophane and Osmangazi are walking distance, all of which have amazing culture, food, history and pretty much heartbeat of Ottoman Empires fist capitol.

Amazing stay, great location and superb staff. Rooms very clean but balconies could be better maintained. Well, I was there during a snowfall so perhaps that was an issue. Otherwise all good. Upon departure a staff member came to clear my car off the snow. Great service

Hotel was good , dining room menu very good...room nice and big , but with stained carpet through out the hotel...also all smoking should be totally eliminated throughout the entire hotel...! Even in no smoking rooms other people smoking in other rooms ...can smell smoke !!

Nice property but reasonable for stay night or so, if u have higher Expectations then not for you. Rooms are spacious, have big Balcony to chill out. Mattress is quite old just by the look but still Comfortable. Carpet needs to be clean or change l,It shows some aged. Overall room condition functional. If u want stay near Ulu cami then it’s few miles away.
