The perfect location for the Cathedral, the castle & the old town. Views from the room were fabulous. A 3* traditional Spanish hotel. Very helpful at reception on arrival. Excellent adjacent underground parking (fee payable). Have booked a second night on return journey through Spain.

The only issue is having to buzz the door in order to get in at night. I go in and out a lot to smoke and so I had to keep pushing a button and asking to be let back in.

We booked a cathedral view room and it did not disappoint! Fabulous location, bars, shops and of course the cathedral all on your doorstep. Check in staff were lovely, gave me the opportunity to practise my Spanish and helped by keeping their responses simple then stepped in with English when I floundered - thank you! Highly recommend.

The staff was accommodating and attended to our needs. We could not find a room for four on the website, so we had to book one for three, hoping that they could fit a cot, but when we arrived and explained our situation, the receptionist was good enough to switch us to the vacant room for four without any problems. The hotel is next to the cathedral, just below the castle and park, and very close to all the dinning places. Perfect for enjoying the heart of Burgos!

Amazing views of the cathedral
We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend this hotel as well as paying a little more for a view of the cathedral. It was breathtaking. There were great spots for tapas and restaurants nearby the hotel. Parking was convenient and not too difficult to get into a space. We loved Burgos and can't wait to come back. When we do, we will definitely stay here.

My fav in Burgos!
This was my second time to stay here - at the end of one Camino and the beginning of the next one. I love hearing the steps of the pilgrims below my window in the dark early morning. I love the location, the view of the cathedral, everything about the hotel. Will always stay here when I'm in Burgos.

No AC in the family apartments
There are two completely separate areas for stays: the main hotel and the apartments. It seems to have been removed now, but the posting previously stated that there was AC ... which definitely did not apply to the apartments, which have only heat. We spent our one night roasting in the lingering heat of a 100+ degree day in August. Needless to say, it was not a restful night. Location is absolutely perfect, however, so outside of summer months this place could be a good option.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Burgos, across the street from a majestic Cathedral. Many restaurants and shopping at walking distance. Many tourists and local festivities. I enjoyed my only night there.

Only one staff Aleksandra was such wonderful. Other staff Maria and more were unfriendly! Hotel at the location is great but if car yiu ll have to park in the garage. Hassle! As you ll need to use speaker. We were not able to use speakers because we are deaf.

For - Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Good selection of breakfast options. Secure underground parking for motorcycles. Great location in the centre of the city. Against - Nowhere to sit out. The small untidy grass area at the rear of the hotel could be turned into a seating area as it gets the afternoon and evening sun.

An amazing location. We could see the cathedral right in front of us while having breakfast. The staff was incredible, we ended up arriving at 1:00 AM for reasons beyond our control and they waited for us.
