After check into are room we found that the door would not lock, quick phone call to front desk and within 20 mins they had a new one replaced. Our A/C was not the best and super noisy other than that it was great weekend.

I stayed 2 nights. First night was great. Second night, A/C unit was so loud it made it difficult to sleep. I filled out room survey to let staff know there's a problem. Did not have time to inform hotel.

Room to far from casino. No microwave, no refrigerator , no hair dryer. Parking lot needs to be replaced. Room smelt musty. No coffee maker. Beds are not queen size.

I hated it. The pictures online were not the true rooms. I paid for a superior room and there was nothing superior about it. It only had laminate floors replaced everything else was mismatched and ugly. The bed cover had holes and the bed and pillows were terrible. When I called to complain the lady at the counter just said she has no idea what photos are online but I did get a Superior Room. I went down to ask for my money back and the people at the lady I had spoke with at the front desk got on the phone and ignored me. I heard everthing going on outside including people fighting in the parking lot. Did not sleep well at all. I spent over $200 gambling and was never offered a drink so I left the casino. It was my first and last time staying there.

2 large trash dumpsters right in front of the hotel rooms and right in front of the pool. It was full of trash and smelled when we checked in. This was just a stopping point before heading into Vegas the next morning. So the dumpsters I could deal with for 1 night. What was unforgiveable was that at 1 am, there was huge racket with the dumpsters being removed. It took forever. It was finally quiet after 30 minutes or so, so I figured they were done. Nope! It must have been another truck that came to drop off the empty dumpsters. It was over an hour of this nonsense. I wasn't expecting much, but I was hoping to at least get some sleep. When I opened the door to see if they were done, security was walking by. His comment when I complained about the noise so early in the AM was, "we're lucky that they even come to pick the dumpsters up". Rooms are very basic (which was what I was expecting). River view rooms might be nicer since it won't have the dumpsters sitting right out side your room. Pool and jaccuzi would be nice if they actually cleaned it. Tons of bugs floating in the water. Will never ever stay at this place again. Stay away!

Very clean and comfortable to stay in. They have been remodeling for a couple of years. The outside looks like it will be their last project. Have stayed there many times before and will do again.

Staff at front desk were surly and unhelpful. Bed was uncomfortable due to the break down of the mattress on one side. The staff was pleasant but not friendly.

Stunning location on the banks of the Colorado River. We chose a river view room and it was a great decision. The room was spacious and bright, and I was pleased that the floor was made of laminate and not carpet. But unfortunately, the furniture was covered in dust, as if no one had cleaned the room for a long time. I had to wipe off the dust with paper napkins. The towels were quite old and hard. There is not even a tiny refrigerator in the room. But overall we had a very good time. The promenade along the river was wonderful. And dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Our morning started with birdsong and a beautiful view of the river.

Plugins were scarce for phones etc. A coffee pot would have been nice for us old folks who get up in the middle of the night. other than that it was great, staff were very accommodating and friendly. We stay there everytime we go through.

Very disappointed. Room 324 the room was dirty. House keeping did not sweep or mop the floors. There was a leak coming from the sprinkler on the ceiling. The bed sheets were wet. No microwave or fridge in room. The only good thing was the view to the river.

Check in was polite and very accommodating to our needs. Our room was clean and odor free. The grounds were well groomed and free of any trash or debris. I would have given this review 5 stars across the board but for two things: no refrigerator in our room, and a lack of ( pictures, paintings ) on the walls in our room. Other than that, a very nice stay. We will be back!
