Vacation

Pros: Clean, location, friendly staff.
Cons: A conceriege that could give more information on the area. Things to do, things not to do.
Location: I walked to other hotels, listened to live music, checked out the bowling alley (I was looking for a large arcade), checked out the car collection,
Staff was veery friendly, loved the coffee shop and Subway, McDonald’s, Outback, Buffet

Nice but would never go back.

Room was clean but walls are thin and can hear your neighbors talking, staff thru out the whole hotel were rude and unprofessional. We had the power go out for about 40mins due to the weather, which was understandable but our tv and cable were not working. They sent techs to our room and could not fix it. So the last night we didn't have a tv to watch. They told us at check out they would accommodate for the troubles. Once I asked at check out they got all on the defense about it, saying its not their fault the power went out. I told them what happened and the associates that tried to help but they still refused to help me in anyway. To summarize, hotel is nice but staff do not care about anything or anyone.

Hotel room was not s nice as the last 2 years. Neighbors where extremely loud all night. Cleanliness wasn't as great right I'm felt smaller. It was not terrible but it wasn't great. Not bad for what you pay for

Nice river view

Decent face lift on the hotel but our room was not very clean, it was fine when you just look around, the floor was vacuumed,etc. but the windows had handprints all over them, the bathroom was nasty - hair in the tub, mold on the tile, corners of the floor filthy......other than that the staff was nice, restaurants were good and nice spot on the river

The manager in the front desk she was rude

Cons: customer service
our bath tub was plugged and they unplugged it and left the bath tub black it was nasty. The manager in the front desk was rude she did not care and was like we are busy she has no customer service skills I will not stay there again. Harrah is probably better. I was there July 25 and checked out a day early awful experience 16083 room

Declining hotel

Hallways hadn't been vacuumed in what must have been weeks. In the hotel room had a hair and hair clip left in the bathroom. Huge wet spot in the carpet in entry way which I assume was a mess from the previous guests. I left my swimsuit in the room and when I called to inquire about it, I waited on hold for 15 mins. It addition to the wait, the maid never turned it in.

The hotel itself was nice, clean and modern. The room was very clean but had the stale smoke smell as soon as you walked in. Maybe they should consider cleaning the carpets or something.

I don't even know where to start , my whole vacation was ruined . Too much to type , if interested I'll be more then happy to speak to a supervisor . I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone . Horrible customer service ...
