Broken faucet

The room was nice and it was clean but the bed was not comfortable. Mattresses are old and worn. The water control lever in the shower was broken in half and when we used it fell right off. Stayed in other hotels in Laughlin for less and were more comfortable.

Nightmare in Paridise

Key would not work defective door had to change room after unpacking Power failure on one night whole hotel in dark didnt recover until midnight, locked out of room Firealarm set off 3:30 in morning staff trying to find cause Hard to find parking space every night

hotel staff rude, second night hotel lost power we were in the dark for hours me and my guest just checked out and left. I will never ever stay at this hotel again ever.

Blackout night

Stayed at home he Aquarius on 4-10/12-2015 . On 4/11 there was a black out at the hotel from 1:30pm to 2am , no lights no air . The blackout was only the Aquarius and the one next door, the riverside.

"Awful Experience"

We checked into the hotel at 3PM and went to the room for 20 minutes and then left for a walk and returned at 5PM to a power outage. The power was out for several hours and we were not able to go to our room as the elevators were not working. We finally checked out of the hotel at 11PM the same night requesting a refund. An overall awful experience. The power was still out when we left Laughlin at 11: 30 PM Saturday night. Just our hotel and the Riverside power were out. No one else had this problem.

Terrible stay

Power went out and they did not have appropriate generator would never stay their again experience with Expedia was excellent I called and explained my situation and they were very helpful will use Expedia again

Hotel ideally situated in middle of Casino Drive central to all the hotels.and Mall Recently refurbished room was clean and comfortable,housekeeping came every day. Lovely river walk at rear of hotel.
