“Great Place for a Getaway”
A nice hotel with a great atmosphere! It's a perfect place to stay when you need some time away from the daily grind. This hotel makes you feel like you're in another part of the world. Christmastime adds something special to the experience thanks to the excellent decorating. We will stay again. Our only improvements would be a slight updating to the room and some new pillowtop matresses.
“Staff very nice and accommodating”
i had asked for two queen beds on Expedia- got a King and a pull out couch instead- there was a fridge- nice to have! the staff brought us lots of towels upon request, and printed out directions for us. would stay there again-
“Our stay was not our first, excellent and will go back.”
Our stay was not our first, excellent and will go back. We stayed in a Jacuzzi room with a King size bed which was very comfortable.. Breakfast was included and plentiful. A place to go and relax. Try the restaurant it is fabulous.
“Very nice hotel”
Enjoyed our stay as always. Clean and comfortable.
“Best value for the price”
This was our second stay.Extremly freindly staff. At the Expedia price it is the best deal in Buffalo. We will go back.
“Very nice Hotel”
Location easy to find, very clean and have nice breakfast area.
“Terrible Customer Service”
All three Guest Service reps were busy answering the phone booking reservations while I waited to check in. They did not acknowledge my presence, and I waited 15 minutes for one of them to finally get off the phone. They did not apologize for the delay. My second negative experience involved an item that I inadvertently left in my room when I checked out. I had to call three times and leave messages for Housekeeping until I finally firmly insisted to speak to someone. They confirmed that they had the item and said they needed to call back in 10 minutes. No call back. Two days later I called and asked to speak to the Manager on Duty. He took my credit card info and said they would mail me my item. After not receiving it in 10 days, I called and asked to speak to the General Manager. He did not return my call so I called again and insisted to speak with him. He did take the call but delivered the bad news that they could not locate my item. The item had a value of over $100 so I was not pleased with this development. I stayed at this hotel for four nites but will never return due to the poor customer service exhibited by Guest Services, Housekeeping and the management staff.
“"My favorite Hotel"”
My first hotel pick to stay at, i get dissapointed when its sold out! Love it....
“Buffalo Airport”
My room was excellent! Large, clean, and everything you would want in a room. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants. I definitely would stay here again and suggest others do as well.
“Look Forward to Returning To This Hotel!”
Salvatore's Garden Place was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean! The morning breakfast buffet offers many selections with various beverages that more than exceed what is expected. The staff is very courteous and friendly! The location is perfect for shopping on Transit Road and convenient access to the suburbs or the city. A great place to be!
