Room smelled musty and like old cigarette smoke (non smoking room). Hot tub drain leaked, had to hold hands over drain to keep from loosing water and unless you are the size of a short stick figure only one at a time fit. Bed was the hardest bed I've ever slept on and was inconveniently right inside the door (door barely cleared the bed). Basically may be the worst room I've ever stayed in.

Guy at check in could care less about being friendly. Pillows were extra small and uncomfortable. I knew going in we had a smoking room, even though we don't smoke. But the smell was mainly just old room & stale. Shower head would have been better using a watering can. Updates are obviously not on the list...

Let’s just say it’s not pretty to the eye but if you need a place to sleep for the game, it’ll do. The bed will likely sound like all the box springs are broken but overall not a bad place

Stains and a "missing" vape pen
The man at check was nice. Thats where the good news stops. There was hair everywhere; in the tub, in the sink, in my bed. The blanket looked like it was stained by sexual activities, there was another stain when i finally got to the sheets. Could've been urine or coffee. Also, i believe i had a vape pen stolen from my room by house keeping. Its only good for being close to the Bills Stadium.
