Rooms are cozy and comfortable with terrific amenities. Has an "at home" vibe. They delivered on the various requests I made. I slept like a baby.

A great visit to Buffalo, for Surgery.
An older Hotel but in fantastic clean condition. It was perfect. Very clean super friendly and always smiling staff. Easy access To like anything food or shopping related. A great continental breakfast. And as a bonus the night we arrived they had their "Social" it was so fun, wine, beer, snacks, soup and salad, cheese and crackers, Salimi and so much more. Lots of parking easy access to the 290. Even though close to the interstate it is very quiet in the room. Just a great place to stay. Really close to ECMC and the VA Hospital. We will be back. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel for a great price. I was in Buffalo visiting family and stayed at the Homewood Suites for 3 nights. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. The room was so spacious, which was fabulous, as it served as a place for us to have our small Christmas celebration. We never even heard another guest in the rooms or hallways, as everyone was so considerate. But the best part of the entire stay was the staff. Everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming and eager to assist. It was just a fantastic stay.

The property was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. What I enjoyed the most was the pool, hot tub and the gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. I truly enjoyed my time there.

room was great and clean. they had to shut water off one morning so we couldnt shower and an elevator was broken for a day. breakfast was so so.

We Loved the breakfast the pool and jacuzzi were clean. Free coffee all day till 10 pm . They have a nice outdoor area to grill and hang out full kitchen to eat in The staff was helpful and friendly. The maid service was more than happy to give us extra towels with a smile! We Love staying at the Hilton.

Sadly, the room was in need of maintenance. The dishwasher did not clean properly; the carpet was lifted by the bathroom doorway; the bathroom door and bath area needed a good scrub; the couch was soiled. It was not the condition I was used to from the Hilton chain. I was disappointed. I have advised the hotel and hope they will act on the deficiencies.

Everything was clean and well maintained but the decor is dated. Housekeeping is by request and although I requested it 2 out of our 4 days it did not happen. The staff was friendly and accommodating and there’s a nice indoor pool.

My daughter is UB student, so we go there very often. We usually stay in Amherst and already tried most hotels there! This is not the first time we stayed in Homewood but the breakfast this time really made us disappointed! No waffle and 5 minutes waiting for the coffee in the peak hour! The room wasn't as clean as used to be! I hope they can make things better so that I can return to Homewood my next trip.

Its ok hotel.
We dont like how front desk reception call our room and keep asking if everything ok. We stay so many hotels and this never happened. Its kinda annoyed and no respect to our privacy. We had to take the phone plug out.

The sheets weren’t clean, the carpet was extremely dirty and had a bad smell, the shower door was dirty. Please give customer fresh sheets and clean the bathrooms properly. I was very disappointed!

The facility was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast quality was pretty decent. Our kids love the pool and the whirlpool. The main issues were the toilet did not flush well and the pillows were too soft. I had to use towels to prop up my head at night.
