“No internet access despite claims of having it”

Internet access is the single most important thing we look for when choosing a hotel. This hotel advertises that they have internet access but they do not. We had 3 different devices that we tried to access the wifi from but could not get onto it. We spent 3 hours on the phone with their technical support and they could not get us on either. We are not nieve about this sort of thing and have used the internet with these same devices (ipad and iphones) at over 100 hotels. We sometimes have minor issues that generally can be figured out but wifi access at this hotel is a total disaster. There are a number of hotels close by in the same area which I would recommend looking into if internet access is important to you.

“Black Friday shopper's dream”

After a couple nights of heavy shopping there was nothing better than coming back to crash in this hotel for a few hours. Very clean and efficient. I would definitely recommend it. Also, as a Canadian shopper, I found the area stores (Walmart, Kohls, Target) to all be new and clean so the location was perfect!

This location is excellent and has one of the most attentive and caring team of staff I have experienced in my travels. My first stay at the Hamburg Holiday Inn Express was when we blocked rooms for our Wedding. Shannon was amazing and went above and beyond expectations. The entire staff helped our large party of out of town guests, made great suggestions for local restaurants and activities, and helped arrange transportation for those who needed it. The rooms were extremely clean, stylish, and offered nice upgrades like large flat screen TV's and small refrigerators. The complimentary breakfast is nice, has a lot of options and several "kid-friendly" choices for those traveling with little ones. I recently stayed there again to visit family and Shannon greeted me at the front desk, remembered my recent wedding, and thanked me for returning. I can not say enough how refreshing it is to find such dedicated staff and such great service!

“Convenient Location Just off the I90”

This brand new hotel is in a great location and is very close to the Erie County Fairgrounds & Buffalo Raceway. Hotel is brand new, has a lovely pool and the included breakfast was a bonus. Great shopping and restaurants are just a few minutes away. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again if we were in the area.

“Nice hotel. Too bad about location and price.”

We had asked for a room on the first floor to accomodate the ski equipment storage and removal and we were granted our request. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had forgotten some necessities and they were able to help. We found the price of the hotel quite costly considering the price of near by hotels and this particular hotel location. The breakfast wasn't worth all that extra money. Yes, there were some hot breakfast items but not much more than the normal continental breakfast everyone offers. The room was clean, modern and updated. The tub marks were not inviting however. Each room is not equiped with a frige and microwave as we had read. In fact our room had neither. There is a pool, small gym and a paying guest laundry facility.

“Nice hotel - we'd got back!”

Upon check-in to this new hotel my wife and I were told that the lock to our room was broken, and only their master key would work. For the first day of our 2 day visit, we had to have the desk clerk take us upstairs to our room every time we wanted to get into our room. The next morning the maintenance person fixed the door and we were allowed to have our own key! YAY - NO MORE BABYSITTER LETTING US IN THE ROOM! The hotel refunded our money for the first day's stay. Everything else about this hotel was wonderful! New facilities, friendly staff (especially the breakfast staff ), great location for the purpose of our visit...We would stay at this hotel again!
