“Very nice hotel - nice location”

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend and we enjoyed very much. The locations is great, walking distance to Elmwood Village. It has many amenities like a gym, a restaurant and a small bar, very convenient if you want to stay in the hotel.

“Quiten according to its price.”

A reasonably good place to stay. They must take notice bthat their maintenance staff must be more efficient. I had to call the front office for cleaning of my room after first night. Any way, then it came and did good enough job. Then, there is not justification for the hotel's restaurant to close at certain hours. Thereb has to be some place open all the while to serve the guests at all hours. Apart from that, it was a nice place to stay and located well in town.

“Fine accomodations!”

Easy check in and out. Accomodations satisfactory. We needed a handicap room and they were very helpful.

“Very satisfied customer”

Not only was I very satisfied with the room and the location, but having a computer available for customer use made it easy to print out my boarding pass and to look up information while I was exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Very close to Kleinhans symphony Hall.”

The staff were wonderful. A light did not work in my room. I ran into a maintenance person on the elevator and told him. It was fixed by the time I got back to my room!

“Perfectly comfortable”

The staff was over-the-top friendly and accommodating. My room was across from the elevator which I wasnt' initially thrilled about but I ended up not hearing a thing.

“Nice place, affordable, convenient”

I think this hotel could pay closer attention to the details of maintenance and repair. Lots of modern things in the hotel, but why was the blow dryer halfway out of the wall over the course of 6 days? Why was the clothing rack leaning precariously over the course of 6 days? It also looked like no one had cleaned or vacuumed behind the furniture in a really long time. Why did I look there? Because, like most people, I had to plug in my computer! These don't deter that I felt welcome and generally very happy with the hotel, but I think the small things would go a long way to making this a very affordable and desirable place to stay when in Buffalo.

“Flexible”

This was a nice hotel, they let us check in Really early, which was good. The bed was a little small, but the fitness room was Awesome and I would gladly stay here again.. Ohhh... parking isn't that great so be prepared for that..
