“In general, a good hotel.”
The hotel is a very clean one, the room was very clean and comfort, the workers were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, many items to choose on and very well prepared. The area where is located is not the best one but acceptable. If going back to Buffalo we will use it again.

“Don't hesitate”
We ploughed through all the hotel choices in Buffalo before plumping for this one -- hesitantly. We wouldn't hesitate next time -- it's an immaculate, modern, swish hotel with free parking and large rooms, & really helpful desk-staff. As often in USA, it slightly lets itself down by "polysterene everything" at breakfast (don't book here if environmental waste causes you to lose temper/sleep), but on balance it's a great place.
“Central location, comfortable, next door to "restaurant row"”
This is a perfectly nice place to stay in downtown Buffalo. One tip - skip the standard hotel breakfast, and head north one block to The Spot, at Delaware and Chippewa.
“Wonderful hotel”
This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was perfect. The room was perfect. There were several good restaurants at the hotel and the free continental breakfast was wonderful. The decor in the hotel is beautiful. I even liked the luggage carts. They didn't roll away because they had automatic brakes when you let go of the handle and you can actually steer them. I highly recommend this hotel.
“Przemek”
I was very nice stay. I was there with wife and daughter to visit Niagara Falls I will strongly recomend this hotel for the others
“Fine”
The hotel was nice and the beds were really comfortable. The only problems that I had was the room I booked online through expedia was not the same room that I was given. When I inquired about the mixup, I was rudely brushed off saying that it was my error and not theirs. Then, after I had checked out I had forgotten an item in the hotel room so I called the front desk on our drive home explaining that I had forgotten a personal belonging. I was transferred to another extension, I believe it was the "lost and found", and I left a message explaining my situation and asked if they would check and give me a call back. I never heard anything from anyone at the Hotel. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for quality rooms, but I would not recommend the service. Embassey Suites next door is similar in price, just as nice if not better quality rooms and much friendier and helpful staff. I will be staying there instead of the Hampton Inn and Suites the next time I visit Buffalo.
“Best hotel in the area.”
Great hotel, great beds, great breakfast, great staff. A little pricier than it's neighbors, and worth every penny.
“not enough parking but wonderful room”
at night after we came back to the hotel there was not enough parking and there also wasn't enough in the street parking either. Given the amount of money i paid i shouldn't have to walk a block in buffalo weather and have my car vulnerable on the downtown buffalo streets.
“Clean and Comfortable”
They have just remodelled this hotel so everything felt fresh and new. Staff was very friendly. If you're going to the football game, it's too far away. There are a few restaurants around, but not much else. The naval museum was about a 15-20 min walk. Not much to do around there, but don't think that's the fault of the hotel.
