The hotel was good. My only complaint was it was noisy. I didn’t appreciate someone banging and fixing a room door beside me at 7:00 am. Other than that good location for shopping & food.

Hotel pool was out of service, website only specified hot tub was out of service. Would have been nice to get notification prior to check in as this was one of the reasons for staying here. They offered usage of pool as sister property that was a few minute drive, not ideal. Room was clean, some items didn’t work like plug in on night stand and thermostat was intermittent. Breakfast was typical basic continental options. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will look at other hotels for next stay.

The worker at the front desk Jarvis, She was exceptional & amazing. She attended to all my needs immediately during my stay while my allergies flared up. I'll definitely be back just because of here hospitality.

I wish I took the lady's name at the front desk... she was fantastic... she seemed like the only person working there, we checked in after dinner, she was there at Breakfast, serving doing everything, honestly it was insane. Only knock for me is other guests and how they act - in the pool parents let their kids do anything and it's brutal and painful - we ended up leaving the pool because i didnt want my kids around that type of thing. But Hotel is great and we've booked here few times before and will continue to stay

The breakfast is suppose to closed at 10am. We arrive at 9:30 and no more meal. I am disappointed because we Payed to get this. We needed get breakfast in another place and pay one more time for this. if they knew how many people they had hosted, they should have prepared themselves better for that.

First the hot tub was outta svc wich was the hole reason I picked this hotel but I got over then the tv barley worked woudl cut in and out then for breakfast the drink machine was out and a store bought orange juice was in a store bought dispensary machine for like a house party said to the staff mbr it was empty she told me I have to go to the store to buy more when some one comes in like totally uncalled for and the fact I had to pay full price

Really underwhelming for the price. Nicer hotels next door. Could hear every single door close on our floor, rattled our door Everytime, voices carried. Not a relaxing sleep at all. Staff was nice.

Great location. Close to shopping areas. Not as quiet as I hoped, as there seemed to be a hockey tournament going on, so lots of loud banging from doors. Overall, nice area and decent. Found the shampoo and gel attached to shower wall was dirty, although the room looked clean

It was a nice hotel, breakfast was really good and they have coffee in the lobby 24/7 which I liked. Hot tub in pool area was down but the pool was nice

No working Hot Tub and a freezing Indoor Pool killed my weekend plans of relaxation, but we made the most of it. At least the Buffalo Bills won over the weekend! Spending $600 on a 2-night stay for a reputable franchise hotel for their amenities, severly disappoints when they can't deliver them. But it does happen - I truly get it. The Front Desk staff was professional and polite with their apologie. It's not their fault. Compensation should have been offered by upper management, however. The staff had said the hot tub had not worked in a week, I was well within right to cancel and rebook elsewhere had I known. A call or email would have been the right thing to do and I would have returned because of that top notch customer service, but it wasn't offered to me. There is no vent fan in the bathroom. We crammed into a 2-bed stay with zero bathroom privacy. That was a first for us and we travel often. Bed and pillows were just okay, but I loved the heavy blanket. Indoor Pool temperature was freezing. I felt they could have afforded to increase the temp since their hot tub was broken. The breakfast was awesome! An exceptional spread was offered each morning from omelets, eggs and oatmeal to yogurt, muffins and a waffle bar. It was delicious and totally free. . verall, if yo

Most was great. My only complaint is the room refrigerator. No freezer and it was set to run about 3 or 4 hours and then shut off! We were staying 3 days so we needed to use it for snacks and keep freezer bag cold for return home ☺️🦬

Overall stay was fine but not as fine as the many past stays. A few issues this stay (nothing to major) some out of the hotel control some under their control. i would stay agian despite the issues

Hotel was ok. Beds were very soft, room small, hot tub out of service. I know to bring my own pillow to these hotels, the ones they have are inconsistent and usually lumpy. Well, I forgot my pillow. I called one hour after we checked out and they "couldn't find" my pillow. Mind you, they also said they had not cleaned my room yet. They didn't even TRY to find. Or simply facilitated allowing them to not find it. It was aggravating and very disappointing. We have had more and more negative experiences at Hampton Inn's lately. Marriott properties will be our go to properties for the future.
